I liked the location, employee and overall experience.

I am requesting you to STOP knocking the door around 11 am to see if i am checking out or not. This experience i has before when i was in Africa. Thy knock your door to make sure you will check out not hiding inside the room. Please be real most of the people (85%) are decent people. They stay at the room and pay on time and leave, why make the extra rule to suffer 85% of people for 15% people who do not follow the rules?

Horror.

NOTHING

The state of the room was truly horrible and unacceptable. The curtains were closed, it felt like nobody has opened a window there for months. Awful moldy smell, wet window even if it was sunny outside, stain looking like mold under the window, hole in the blanket, holes in the curtains and again - terrible smell. There was no clean and fresh air in the room. It was clear that someone tried to cover the smell of decay with incredible amount of chemical perfume. The halls were dirty too and they were also covered in the awful chemical smell. We had to leave immediately and book a room at another place. The employee at the front desk was polite and she apologized. The place was, however, absolutely awful.

Close to the airport, easy to access. Rooms are spacey and bed is comfortable.

Facilities are a bit worn, overall place could benefit from a renovation.

That they gave us room in first floor thats what i liked.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have the main essentials like when taking a shower like shampoo etc. And they didn’t have any breakfast all they had was coffee. I feel for as much as you pay they should have better breakfast, and rooms a little bit more comfortable.

This hotel has bed bugs and mold issues throughout the hotel. In the middle of the night a sketchy man came knocking on the door . This hotel is in desperate need of an inspection and remodel. Don’t stay here,!!!!

Worst Motel In Experience Ever with Lack of Security

Smelled clean and friendly staff

Unsecured and under surveilled parking lot with no fencing and protection from adjacent properties. We felt unsafe as rampant drug use and criminal activity and loud music was going on during all evening hours until approx 3-5am everyday. Seems like staff is too scared to do anything about it. We had $7,000.00 approx in valuables and tools stolen in parking lot from our secured vehicles and staff refused to assist us, the paying customer, to review security cameras footage to assist local police with theft investigations.

I wouldn’t stay there again. The mold is a big no for me. A roach came out of the sink. And that’s common for hotels but

It’s very close to downtown. It was very quiet inside the room.

They had black mold all over the bathrooms. It looked like someone had bleed out under the sink. The entire building smells very strongly of bubbles. The beds were not comfy and had two little pillows.

Would definitely stay here again worth the money a must stay

The hotel is located off the access of I 35 close to where I work so it was convenient. The customer service was amazing. The ladies at the front were so nice and accommodating and best of all they were efficient at check-in. I asked for a first floor room and I was able to get it and actually I asked through booking.com and they actually obliged my request I really appreciated that. especially since I was traveling by myself. it was nice that they put me close to the front desk. I felt safe.

Not that I didn’t like it. It just has one way in one way out. there’s no back entrance where you could go in so you had to go through the busy access road but wasn’t terrible.

The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and super helpful when there was an issue with being charged.

The area was not great. Lots of homeless and vagrants. Someone was back and forth on our floor all night. At one point rattled our door and wiped something on the peephole. Not family friendly.

Getting robbed and my room entered by staff without my knowledge. I didn’t like being told I was not able to renew due to liabilities and not given an explanation. I also keep a security camera with me when I’m traveling and working online like I do. I broke no rules. I caught someone entering my room.

Dirty room, mold on ceiling, handprints on wall, trash under bed, nasty filthy elevators was told there were no more king suites because the owner Sunny Patel family was occupying all of them. Nothing was done about the mold in the room.

The rooms are spacious & the staff was helpful.

The room was noisy, on a ground level & it was a bit expensive considering its distance from the downtown. Also, I was woken up by housekeeping twice, even if I agreed for a late check-out at the reception. There's no breakfast and nothing around. Having at least some small breakfast would be a nice move, there's only coffee.

Other than the lady who checked me in and the lady working in the morning the staff was ehh. The guy working at night sat in a chair watching his phone all shift. Came down to ask for a spoon and before I could ask he looked at me and was like sold out can’t stay here…. They do have a security guard but he was a jerk. I’m out walking my dog and I had just got off of work so I was dirty and looking a little wild but I’m walking my dog and he was out the night before working and I thought he saw us then but I guess not cause he was busy hanging out with someone in the parking lot (not a hundred Petrie if he was drinking but the other person was) the next night he saw me and proceeded to be like yo you stay here , I said yes and he continued to follow me and question me like I was lying , the guy was a jerk. One of the other lady’s working the front desk was constantly outside smoking with a sign up that said helping other guests be right back. Room was clean for most part . EXCEPT under the bed , it was like the swept everything on the floor to under the bed. I crawled under there and cleaned as best I could and checked everywhere and came back from work to find my dog had found a piece of chewing gum from somewhere, thank god she didn’t eat it as that could have killed her cause of the fake sugar in it. Overall could have been a good place if they had a few better staff members , a better security guard and actually clean under stuff not just where people can see. To the lady that checked us in and the lady working in the morning I hope they pay you very well otherwise I would have left

I was not happy about the room. There was no table or desk in the room as shown on the website. Only 1 nightstand and 1 small chair in the corner. Nowhere to put my suitcase. No shelf or counter in the bathroom. Property did not refund the $50 deposit and now I can't get in touch with the front desk. will not book here again.
