We just spent one night there so it was fine. The room was clean. The shower was nice. The beds were comfortable.

Bed was super comfy. And it was very clean.
They need to replace the shower head it kind of squirts out everywhere other than that everything's fine.

The room was clean, decently appointed for the price with a microwave and fridge. the shower water was hot right away, and everything worked as it should. The chairs were older mid century style, but it was clean and they worked.
The environs were sketchy. They are in the middle of renovating the rooms (thank god I got one of the renovated rooms) and there was construction and renovation furniture throughout the property. The lobby is a mini-mart with snacks and food.
It looks like they take longer term renters, maybe even a section 8 housing voucher.
