This site was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and gave me options on what room I would have. The room was spacious with both a desk and a chair for sitting and reading. I appreciate the blackout curtain that darkened the room at bedtime. I left before breakfast, but it smelled delicious and guests seemed eager to eat.

I was disappointed in the additional $7.00 parking fee. It seemed to be trying to get the last "nickel and dime" from their clients.

Staff communications were bad, as was the facility. It's next to the freeway, so you hear traffic. The toilet was very had to flush and when maintenance tried to repair it, it ended up running. The shower flow was very low. Also charged for parking.

The location is close to Graton Casino. The staff was very friendly, and helpful to transition from our Booking.com reservation to staying an extra night, which we paid the hotel directly.

We were upgraded to suites, which was nice, but higher priced. Unfortunately, the king beds were not as comfortable as the queen beds in standard rooms.

Location

Staff couldn’t provide basic services. Went to reset my door keys 6 times, back and forth from the 3rd floor, and we never had a working key on my stay. Was able to get in the room only with staff master keys. Room didn’t even had fresh shower towels once we could actually get inside there, need ask reception for bring.. disappointed

There was blood on sheets, the pillows on the bed smelled like somebody's hair. I'm handicapped, and no trolley for luggage. The food was not kept hot. No butter to be found anywhere!

Very nice hotel but be wary of hidden charges!

I searched for “pet friendly”. At check-in she presented me with another bill for $60 PER NITE for my dog! That should have been disclosed! Also, my bill was emailed to me. I got home late last night and found my emailed receipt for a room at a much higher rate than what I reserved through Booking! I am very unhappy and will be contacting them!
