The WORST Staff and hotel. I stayed at the hotel for four days and three nights. While staying there NOBODY cleaned my room. The second day I'd asked the office to bring me towels to my room and they told me "They don't bring towels to the room and to come to the office". The customer service is extremely poor with the workers behind the desk. There office is so disorganized and a mess. It's truly sad the way they have their office setup. The way they process you in is a mess. I provide expired ID, and they honor my ID any the staff didn't say anything about it. Be aware if you book two or more nights and you leave before checking out time and you end up not staying both nights you will NOT get a REFUND at all. I wish I can express more about the staff will be nice but once you pay them their customer service is trash.

The staff was nice

Our sheets and bathtub were dirty with someone else’s hair… people were working on some sort of machinery outside until midnight that was very noisy. Car alarms all night long and just did not feel very safe.

Bed was comfortable, and facilities in the room were OK.

Room was worn, though functional. Lighting in the room was dim. Had requested maid service (they only do this if you request it), but room was not serviced.

It was very pretty from the street but that's it.

Well first thing was the bathroom light wouldn't turn on and off it did it turned off and back on whenever it decided. Can you even call what they gave us shampoo? And why did I have to wash my entire body with hand soap? The floors still had trash from the previous guest. The walls were COVERED in dirty.

The room was very rundown, outdated, the bathroom door didn’t even close, the sink was missing the stopper, the floors were old and felt dirty. I did not like that I paid $120 for a room that my daughter and I were nervous to even sleep in the beds for fear of bedbugs.

This is a modest place. Nonetheless, it was super clean, and the room had everything you needed. Coffe maker, microwave, iron, good zise TV, clean sheets, and comfy bed.

I was told to leave by a maid after I had paid for my room.she just walked into my room she didn't even knock or anything, it was not at all professional.

The walls/doors have little to no sound proofing to outdoors. You can hear everything from the busy street, to loud motorcycles in the middle of the night, to the birds chirping at all hours.

The room was okay but lot's of update and painting is needed. It works for a very short stay. The staff was okay not too bad. They have a security guard He's very friendly. The guy in the front wasn't too bad either.

There was a homeless person that kept trying to open the rooms threw out the night. They have cameras but I believe some of them are not working I have to call them to send over their security guard. I was unable to go to sleep until the matter of the night which caused me to wake up much later than I wanted to for my long distant drive. The place is a motel definitely no sweets and there's a homeless population in the area but it's not a bad place for a quick stay. Just lock the doors and stay inside. The walls are also very thin.

Advertise breakfast on booking.com so included in price but when I asked they don't do breakfast anymore so I complained and got $20 of bill. So either they stop advertising breakfast or complain and you'll get $20 off.

I found the personnel to be unfriendly. Moreover, the cost of the stay was very expensive compared to what was offered. The motel had advertised breakfast, which initially convinced me to book the stay, but upon arrival, I was disappointed to find out that the breakfast was not included. When I inquired about it, the staff ironically refereed me to a post on a random wall outside, which was misleading. Additionally, the check-in process was very informal, which was concerning. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this motel to anyone.
