Considering the circumstances the stay was great

The staff was amazing, especially Ana. I was there for a Memorial Service for my son and she went above and beyond to accommodate me and waus so very kind. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I was there having a Memorial Service for my son. They showed great empathy and caring. It made a difficult time easier.. You are blessed to have them.

Great location and hotel with horrible beds

The hotel is in a great location. It's clean and well appointed. The breakfast had lots of options so as to not be bored when staying for multiple days. The pool is heated so you can jump in anytime.

The beds were very hard and caused it difficult to sleep. Nitpicky I know: but the toilet paper holder is a terrible design, and the roll constantly gets hung up on it. Best to pull the roll off the wall and use it that way.

Breakfast was very nice and organized

Room facing the pool not sure if they were patrons of the hotel playing cards/mahjong/dominoes where very very very loud and using foul language very very very late. We were unable to sleep had to leave tv on to drain the outside noise. Very very very unhappy!!!! Was there to relax and visit the beach area. Windows in room are not sound proof from outside noise on pool side!!

If you staying with a toddler and smaller child bring your own crib the one they provide is horrible and shower is not child friendly at all so bring a tub.

Feels like new, good breakfast, late check in accommodation

In room 122, we were constantly hearing some noise, particularly laying on the bed. Ear plugs did not help. There might be ventilation system behind the wall since this room is the end one. We experienced some trouble to fall asleep due to that noise.

Best bargain at the best location with the best staff and the best breakfast and softest towels.

The room was spotless. The decor sparse and eco friendly. From the welcome at the front desk to check out the next morning my daughter and I were impressed with the newness and all the conviences of Fairfield Marriott. I especially liked the 24 hour market. They even had Amy's frozen entrees one of which was gluten free. How cool for me as I am gluten intolerant and due to travel delays had not eaten in many hours. Love that there is a micro wave in the room and in a matter of minutes I was able to relax and ingest a delicious meal of rice noodles, tofu and veggies. Yum. The breakfast is also a show stopper. So much good food. There was even Oat Milk for my coffee. First time to Sebastipol but it won't be my last and guess who I'm calling first to make a reservation? You guessed it. Fairfield Inn in Rohnert Park. Did I mention that it's close to everything? Great central location. Thanks everybody. You're the best.

What's not to like. I asked for non allergic pillows. Got bedding that satisfied our needs, plus a firm mattress that suited me perfectly.

Comfy stay in Santa Rosa

Good location off highway, quiet, clean, spacious, great breakfast relative to other hotels. Appreciate the refillable containers in the shower rather than single use plastic.

Uncomfortable pillows (but fortunately there were several so I was able to stack 2 together). Carpet in room (yuck, please rip that out!)

The breakfast was varied and adequate. The location was near where we needed to be.

The room was severly underlighted. There was only one comfortable chair in a room for a minimum of 2, possibly more people. There was only tepid water in the bathroom sinks, not hot.

Relaxing and fun

Located right across from costco so very convenient in the sense to get gas. Felt like a middle point since driving towards the mountains was within 30mins and so was the beach in the same timeframe. Eating places are around a couple minutes driving distance

Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from. Rooms were great. Location was fine once I found it. With the construction close by, it was a little hard to find.

The shower was a little weak. It was fine for the most part, just a little difficult to bring a wheelchair in the room.

All staff were very helpful as well as welcoming. Room was clean, and Breakfast was great.

The locks on the doors sounded very loud when you would shut the door, so every time the next room would shut the door, it literally sounded as if it was your door being shut. Other than that I really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
