The room did not have a bedside lamp. When I went to the unorganized from desk (because there is also no phone in the room) I was told they’d bring a lamp in the morning. They didn’t, so I went back to the office. The night clerk went somewhere and brought me a lamp. It was dirty and the lamp shade was broken. The bed was ok. I was able to sleep, but I’ll never go back to the Budget hotel.

A huge amount of garbage and remodeling debris lying about. There is a large amount of unsavory type people hanging out or just passing thought. Feels completely unsafe. The lobby is a complete disaster.

Booked online while driving though when we decided we needed to stop for the night. When we arrived, a sign on the office window directed us to check in at the Rodeway in next door. The clerk couldn’t find our reservation, and I realized that my mistake was that, since it was past midnight, the booking was actually made for the following night. He did his best to find a room for us, which we definitely appreciated. The first room hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had already been checked into by someone else (found out when we were both trying to enter it at the same time). Finally he put us in a room over at Rodeway which was basic but clean and comfortable. This hotel seems a little bit disorganized but we really appreciated the clerk’s helpfulness given our booking mistake.

When I walked into the front office I thought I was walking into a low cast store in Bangledesh. Disgusting! One room was propped open by alcohol bottle when I arrived and it was still that way the next morning!

The reason for these "Terrible" ratings has NOTHING to do with the motel. It is more the lack of response by this entity and the motel to confirm my cancellation I made this past Saturday evening. DO NOT STAY, SCAM. FRAUD. I picked pay at hotel but they charged me before I even got there to check in and the charge was under a different hotel name so I couldn’t even dispute it and hotels.com couldn’t help with a refund since it was listed as a different hotel. The hotel not hotels.com wouldn’t refund me after explaining the situation. The hotel doesn’t have a website or a way to directly contact them as it’s like 3 different hotels under one front desk. They are deceitful and feels like a scam. They know charging under a different name before you get there is a way to prevent you from getting a refund. Since they have no website there is no way to fight the fraud charge. DO NOT BOOK this hotel, do not stay.

I did not know but this motel was the worst. When I went to check in they were yelling at eachother behind the counter. This girl came in and was accusing someone of having her phone number and texting her inappropriate things. Which was weird but since I already paid I had no choice. Once I am in the room they gave me a double Bed when I requested a single and the remote wouldn’t work on the tv so I wasn’t able to watch anything but I was so tired I decided to just go to sleep. The curtains wouldn’t even close all The way so the light was just beaming in in the morning overall it was a drug motel and I had no idea! Terrible

This hotel is owned by the same people who own the nextdoor hotel, we needed to checkin at the other location. They said something about overbooking, so we had to get a 2 bed instead of 1 bed. The room hasn't cleaned, covered in beer cans and drinks that had been sitting out, the mini fridge was broken, and had a soaking wet towel infront if it.

Questionable stains on linens. Couldn’t walk around in room without shoes on. Generally just dirty. Got a rude awakening to staff banging on and opening our door telling us we need to check out when we still had another night reserved. Under renovation so the parking lot was full of old mattresses and furniture which wasn’t a great sight upon arrival. No bed bugs though so I guess that’s a win. Thankfully didn’t expect much for what we paid.

Checking in was a hassle and unprofessional. Room Was received with a window that was open with no screen. Window was not lockable which is unsafe and room was sold to have a king size bed but was given a queen size bed. Their excuse was they were replacing the mattresses and They could drag the old one back in if I wanted to which is extremely disgusting. I signed up for a budget hotel and was placed in a roadway inn with now warning ..All extremely unprofessional
