It’s a lovely property close to where we wanted to be.
It’s a bit difficult to get to the rooms in the back side of the property. The back parking lot is dark at night.

But it was convenient and near to the freeway
The rooms felt very cold.... outdated... The soap was out of the soap box like if it was already been used.
My son and I previously were at the flamingo in Santa Rosa with a much better experience.

Spacious.
Maid service was well below par. The toilet height was very low. For someone my age that is a big problem. Amount sod amenity deposit was excessive. Breakfast food was expensive and below par.

Dinner at the bar and the location were great.
The tonic water in my gin and tonic was flat, but the bartender wouldn't remedy it. Also, the window in my room was stuck closed. It could not open even an inch.

The lobby and pool
The breakfast was a very very small portion (2 egg plate) for the price

The property is great. Love the location. Friendly staff. Rooms are good size and comfortable.
Unable to accommodate me for a closer room. It was quite a walk when you have luggage to carry and no assistance.

Location, overall layout of property
Old. Dated rooms, AC needs renovation. Not enough capacity for the room

Really nice, reasonable cost, clean and staff was really nice.
It would be nice if the Bar would stay open until 12am. Everything else was great!

It was clean
The fact that I had to pay for parking and no complimentary breakfast was offered. There are hotels that are just as clean and nice that doesn't charge for parking and breakfast. Anyway second time at 2 different Hilton Hotels, same issue, won't be doing this again.

The pool area was nice, and the provision of family games was appreciated. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The room was dirty, dingy, and dated. $320 per night, plus an additional $22 a night for parking is absolutely absurd. The quality of this hotel is more on par with a Super 8 than the quality expected from a Hilton. Additionally, the on site restaurant has mediocre food.

The extra payment for Parking $22 for one nite !! Do not recall reading that in Booking information?!

Convenient location
I stayed in the older building in the back of complex. Not as nice as the front newer building

Pool and hot tub area was nice.
Parking was easy and convenient.
Room was spacious.
Restaurant servers were very nice and friendly.
Cookies at check in are always a lovely way to start a stay.
I was surprised to find the "free" breakfast was only for the 1 adult in the room, and not for all residents.
Carpeting and bathroom tile needs to be updated.
Lighting is not bright enough.
There was a daily parking fee. I expect that in urban areas, not in Rohnert Park.

it is completely unreasonable to need to pay for parking in a quiet location with a huge empty parking lot... Will NEVER return when such unreaasonable costs are required.

Great location
Room was very dusty, once the AC was turned on, it got dustier. Never been to a hotel where my phone collects dusts over night.

Property was fine.
Pay attention to bill. They charge for water you don’t use. Happened to me and a travel partner in a different room.

The breakfast could have been better, eggs were ruuny, hash brown would be better, simple donotover salt them.
I asked for simple, no spice, they were extra salt and pepper.the toast eas not buttered. The waiter was very nice
The mattress was not very comfortable, and the pillows are terrible.
And there should be complimentary waters. And the wine was really expensive, didn't touch them.

The location and the property were amazing! I was staying there to play at Graton Resort and Casino and I couldn't have picked a more convenient location!
The only issues that I had were the $22 per night parking that I must have missed when booking the hotel and the Free WiFi was absolutely terrible. I could not get good connection to save my life and I didn't want to pay for the premium WiFI.
3.0 / 10.0
No free coffee except the bad coffee maker in the room. And they tried to add extra fees to the room charge. The man at the front desk was confrontational when asked about the hidden charges.

Close to my location. I appreciate the staff. The pool is full of people. I wouldn't join. It was just too much noise and crowding.
Noisy by the pool. Love everything else.

Large room, clean. Nice staff. Plenty of outlets! Bed ok, not great.
Hotel needs an internal facelift. Everything a little tired. Tub/shower controls very stiff; tub spout loose and sloppily caulked. A/C seemed to work, but the cool air smelled moldy so I didn't use it. Annoying that the window only opens a few inches, but I guess that's hotels in general. But there was a screen, why? Screen very shabby. I don't love duvet covers, are they ever cleaned?

Good sized rooms nice balcony. Nice bar. Loved the location and the surprise that there was a casino nearby, which was great for late night eats.
They oversold the rooms and we had to stay in a less quality room the first night out of two, and it was my husband's birthday. They offered a partial refund of the first night, but it went back to booking.com instead of directly to my card and I had to go through some heroics to get the money back. When I complained, they did upgrade our room on the 2nd night, so that definitely helped make up for the inconvenience.

The room was big and the bed comforatable.
Charge too much for parking, expensive breakfast, there was a lot of noise from the above room. Couldn't sleep. The price didn't refect the experience.

A fun easy-going resort hotel. Big pool (water toys allowed) and spa and lovely courtyard setting. Outside bar service with food. Kids and pets are welcome. Several conference rooms, wonderful breakfasts and a good dinner restaurant. A local bus service can deliver or pick up at Bay area airports and cruise terminal. Very reasonable for this real vacation hotel. Minnete at the front desk is extra special.
Leaving. I'll be back!

Unclean rooms. Not updated. Literally used to be an office building but now a hotel.
7.0 / 10.0
The hotel could use some refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The heated swimming pool and large hot tub were fantastic.
The restaurant was just simply OK, but had short hours (until 9 pm).
We had cash stolen from our bag and the hotel didn't accept responsibility. We also forgot a couple of items in a drawer, and even though we complained to the staff that we had cash stolen, they charged us to mail us the items, they didn't offer to mail them free as a curtesy.
Later restaurant hours.
Accepting responsibility for stolen cash from our wallet inside a bag, inside the closed closet.
Courtesy mailing our left-behind items.
More updated bathrooms. The body lotion ran out in the dispenser and was not replenished.
Better Towels.

The one thing I didn't like was paying to park my car....we had to stay closer to a dr.s appointment in sonoma and we are staying again today for my wifes surgery..after today we will have more time to look for places that don't charge for parking it's ridiculous
