Perfect location to the families. Like the remodeling done to the lobby. No charge for electric car charging, Bed was comfortable.

Didn't like the daily parking fee. That was new charge since it was taken over by Hilton. quality of dinning was better before. Need to upgrade the cooking staff. Also, I used to get two bottles of water as a Hilton Honors member. Not anymore, you have to be a silver member to received free bottle of water.

The Hotel charges a nightly parking fee! This is ridiculous! There's no garage or anything special about the parking area. You're parking at your own risk.. and they charge you for it.

Ants in lobby kitchen. Telephone in room didn’t work. Elevator buttons didn’t work. Some staff unprofessional. Some staff unaware of procedures for checking in.

Love the outside areas. Johnny at the bar was amazing. He managed and covered all patrons with their needs. Not easy when the bar is full . He did not miss a beat and was customer service sensitive to every patron.

Front desk greeter (Julian? ) was not a very good problem solver and personally made me feel not welcomed. Other hospitality individuals very welcoming. I was also informed if we were a couple of hours early and room was not ready we could sit by the pool, the front desk person said no ( not in a service friendly way) and asked who I spoke with. I could not remember, but that individual I spoke to was delightful and it was a couple of weeks ago. I’ll be honest this is the first time I didn’t feel like a welcomed guest. Maybe it was my mood or a personality clash. I don’t know, but I never felt that way. I’m a very friendly person and very patient coming from the service industry as a corporate trainer. We also came down at 10:45 and asked if we could get a cup of coffee. We were told that the kitchen was closed even though there were people still in the dining room area eating. All we wanted was a cup of coffee. I find that so non-customer service sensitive. I knew the restaurant was closing. We weren’t asking for food just coffee.

Second time we’ve been there and hot tub was unusable. Staff didn’t note or advise upon registration.

Location of the Hotel

Dusty everywhere; by the Towels section shelf, by the Lamp, desk. The PILLOWS are way too soft, and the bed is not comfortable. I was shocked Parking Charge Fee Wow!

The room was very clean and it's very quiet area.

I could park close to the door

I got to my room and there is no remote there is no soap to wash my hands and the privacy sign is broken and doesn’t stay on the door knob. When I tried to call the front desk the phone doesn’t work and no1 answers the desk when I call from my cell phone

The room and bed were comfortable, but the housekeeping needed improvement. There was no Kleenex in the dispenser, no hand soap for the sink, only one coffee Keurig pod and the ice machine on our floor did not work. Also, there were no towel bars to hang wet towels.

It is about 5 minutes to Graton Resort and Casino, close to wineries and restaurants. It was clean, quiet, very friendly staff and reasonably priced. It seems to be a smooth transition from being a Cambria Hotel to now under Hilton ownership.

The whole room was nice furniture was up to date felt like a luxury hotel would sure stay a another hotel like this a lot of hotels are out dated this one is not very satisfying

The front desk staff were very helpful upon our arrival. Even though we were already booked into an accessible room on the ground floor, they honored our request for a quiet room by assigning us a beautiful corner room on the fourth floor. The room was very clean and comfortable, and QUIET.

The staff were just great! Nothing was too much trouble for them - all those we encountered went out of their way to assist us with whatever we needed - just cannot commend them highly enough! Loved the excellent design of the hotel and all the amenities, pool, gym, fire pits etc. Large, extremely comfortable and quiet room for 4 of us with a lovely big bathroom too - loved the hotel!

Lower lighting around the bar and sitting area in the evening would have greatly enhanced our experience when we arrived back at the hotel after dinner in Healdsburg. it was extremely bright for a Saturday night! Also better music could have been chosen to be played played in common areas on a Saturday night and during the day on Sunday. It wasn’t exactly conducive to a calm and relaxing experience - which was a real shame as everything else seemed to be so well thought out. However this is a fairly minor quibble as we would all highly recommend the hotel and would have no hesitation staying again.

Great staff, very comfortable bedrooms with spacious bathrooms, very tasteful decor throughout and fantastic bar and general areas on lobby level. Highly recommended!

Smell outside / mildew like - probably foliage. Smell in lobby - too sweet like donuts . A/C too loud in middle of night

Breakfast was good and a decent price. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was below standards. Check in was very bad. One person who didn’t know what she was doing. Long lines and management did not assist. Had to wait for a room on a higher floor.

Comfy cozy rooms, very clean . Extra friendly staff. Will definitely stay again
