Room is lit up like a Xmas tree from parking lot lighting, noise from hwy 101 , cheap windows . Smoke detector was covered from what looks like recent paint job

Last minute getaway was very pleasant - especially is such comfy beds !

Friendly check-in staff, but most of all the king bed was unbelievably comfortable !!!

Disgusting

I didn't like anything of this property is absolutely disgusting, different at the last time I was there even my kids said that looks like a jail,smell really bad(urine and poop,garbage),was super dirty,inside the floor in the bathroom looks like the floor was all pee,the carpet was sticking and black of dirt,dust everywhere. It was disgusting

I was glad I was not in the room more than long enough to sleep.

The water was hot.

Public places were not clean. Handrails were sticky, a broken bag of something like household garbage sat in the stairwell for 12 hours. There was only one closet door where there should have been two sliding doors, and the track where they were meant to slide was rusty and broken down. The window overlooking a freeway and Taco Bell, was dirty and full of fingerprints. There was some construction going on in the lobby, which looked like it had been going at a snail’s pace for a long time.

Did housekeeping go on strike?

I appreciate that the young lady, Kendy, who was working the reception desk. She tried to do all she could to accommodate us getting a clean room. She was very apologetic for the inconvenience. It was late. We'd been traveling for hours on our way to get my disabled husband to his appointments at UCSF early the next morning. She was so understanding, kind, and helpful.

I had made reservations for a wheelchair access room. When we arrived, I found out someone had not shared that message. I didn't appreciate that it took four tries to get a room that had been cleaned. Literally, beds had been slept in and unmade, garbage in baskets, unflushed toilets, used towels lying around, etc... I felt so bad for the gal working the reception desk. She was trying so hard to find us a clean room. It wasn't her fault maid service failed to do their job. We would have gone elsewhere, but some event was going on in town and there were no other hotels with rooms.

We have stayed here before. It's a good price and a clean room. Friendly staff.

The room was a good size, not cramped or crowded. Clean. Temperature control worked well.

Most of the outlets and charger ports did not work. The property is under renovation, so I am hoping this will be corrected before our next visit. Nightstands on both sides of the bed would be welcome.

We didn’t have enough towels. The room was small and crowded. The television didn’t work and manager said he’d come up and try to fix the issue but he never did. Elevator wasn’t working.

I was overcharged compared to my confirmed booked price, and was placed in a room that smelled like smoke and weed. The front desk staff was informed and did nothing. I had stayed here over four separate times, and this was the worst experience. Based in this, I attempted to cancel a further stay, but they ghosted and didn't refund a $171 stay, despite my need to cancel being based on the poor treatment I received on my most recent stay. There were ashes on the floor of the bathroom, as well as the air conditioning unit not working. And again, front desk staff was informed and did nothing.

After a horrible experience on a previous stay (regular customer, traveling licensed medical professional), requested well in advance for an exception to policy to allow for a no-fee cancellation, based on previously mentioned issues in previous stay (room smelled like smoke and weed on previous stay, air conditioning didn't work, staff was informed and did nothing about issues, overcharged previous reservation in excess of previously set booking price, despite being informed of agreed upon price via booking.com website). Despite these issues, staff failed to respond or resolve previous outstanding overcharge amount, as well as not canceling upcoming reservation, total personal loss in excess of $181.

The price is good, but its not true. My booking is only 90. But they charge me 190&100 Total 290 for 1 night.

Location , price and front desk girl.

Had to switch rooms, because they didn't change the batteries in the alarm. Just kept going off. Get to the other room and no towels(not 1 towel) and the refer was full of sunflower seeds on the floor of it and shelves were thrown in.

STAY AWAY : the entire property is covered in scaffolding and yellow caution tape - I don't know how it is they are even still taking reservations like this. So in addition to being a complete catastrophe customer-service-wise, it is also clearly in disrepair, and should not be taking guests or reservations of any sort. (Booking.com should de-list this property.)

We showed up for our "guaranteed" reservation for our rooms to accommodate our family of ELEVEN PEOPLE and the 24-hr front desk told us they had no rooms for us. At 11pm! Despite my having messaged them to let them know we were coming, and calling twice earlier! Totally unacceptable.

I stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel has very clean rooms. The staff are nice as well, although they seem short-handed as the line in the office was often quite long. They did a good job of trying to move it along as quickly as possible. This hotel is located close to the freeway which can be both a good and a bad thing. I think I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

Requested to change rooms twice. The first was a few minutes after i got there and saw that my room was located on the side of the hotel that faced the freeway. It was loud. I was told by management that it was the only room available. They said to try again the next morning at 11, when guests were checking out. When I followed up and did that, I was told that no rooms were ready at the moment, and that i would be given a phone call later in the day when an alternative room became available. That call never came. I had to stay in the same loud room both nights i was there. There were two reasons i felt dissatisfied. First, I made reservations a week in advance. Guests with reservations should be given priority for their preferences over walk-ins. Second, I felt i paid too much... even though the room was clean, it was poor value given the hotel's location (specifically where that room was located).

That it was near a shopping center.

Everything else. There were no towels iron shampoo blankets anything in the room. The staff was absolutely horrible. When we asked for an item we needed they told us they would bring it up to us and berber ever did.
