Won’t stay there again.

Modern and new but the bed was very hard …. We didn’t sleep at all and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. Also the shower had glass half way so water came out the other half. We were very disappointed. No coffee or breakfast for the price.

Nice, but not a good value for San Angelo

This is a very nice property. That being said, you have to pay for parking (not much, thankfully) and put a placard on your dashboard. The bar and restaurant is open limited hours in the morning and evening, and not only is there no free breakfast, there’s not even free coffee in the lobby. Your only options are the mediocre coffee in the room or Starbucks coffee in the restaurant ($4.50 just for a brewed decaf coffee!). And even that’s not available after 10 am. The room rates are expensive compared to other chain hotels of similar quality nearby. It’s not a bad place to stay overall, but next time I’ll stay at a traditional “free breakfast” chain nearby and just go out for dinner.

Finally found a hotel in San Angelo I like. Good price and I love the ambiance. Live the idea of the restrain the hotel. Our visit was short and we did not get the opportunity to have the breakfast or dinner there. But we will next visit

Loved the location, pool was great, front staff was very nice, apologized and corrected mistake upon check in.

I am particular about my pillows but these were too soft they were flat the minute my head laid on them. Initially my reservation was "not on file". My confirmation number was not correct according to staff and I was charged twice even after being told they made a note not to.

I will never stay at this hotel. I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

When I got to the hotel they canceled our reservations. The front desk worker was very rude and she did not help us find another hotel room. All the hotels in town were full due to graduation, and we ended up staying in a horrible motel that was not clean or safe in the bad town, and this issue put a damper on what was supposed to be a happy celebration of my son's graduation.

It was horrible. Nothing to like. Total rip off. Staff are absolute liars.

Water crisis at the hotel the entire time of my stay. Absent and apathetic. The only offer they’ve made (after begging them for honesty and help) is that I can check out and go to another hotel. None of the basic amenities they offered even the night before when I called were honored. No hot water, no breakfast, no coffee during the day. Really really unprofessional and abusive. The worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had. Absent, unethical and apathetic management. Total rip off. Go ANYWHERE else but here!

Overall, the whole experience was nice to be in a clean comfy room.

The room was amazing! Clean Soft bed’ the pool was beautiful at night, the hot tub was amazing, and the outside fire pit and games were also excellent. They have a cafe the food is good and the prices aren't to bad either

Everything was excellent except for a Hispanic woman at the front desk on the 9th around 1-2 pm. I asked if the room was ready around 1 pm and she had an attitude and said no to check later. checked more times and she didn't even look to see if the room was available just kept saying no . I understand check-in is a 3 but she could of at least checked.
