Christmas Family Trip

It was close to the location we needed to be at.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The height of the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The restroom was not very clean in our room.

The hotel was descent for what we needed it for. we needed a place to rest after spending all day on the lake

I liked the location. The pool was clean.

Our room smelled pretty bad and it seemed as if the carpet in the room was damp. It smelled like dirty socks. If it hadn’t been for the bad smell, this hotel isn’t bad at all. The continental breakfast falls short quite a bit compared to other hotels with a continental breakfast.

I booked 2 rooms, one for us and 1 for daughter and grandkids. Location was good.

My daughter’s room was not clean. The pullout bed had dirty sheets. We called and clean sheets were brought up. It was gross.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible and I would never recommend it to anyone!

The only thing I appreciated was the location.

The personnel was inattentive. Front desk clerk was always smoking outside. The hotel was dirty. The only working elevator’s floor was filthy. The sofa bed in our room was full of stains and smelled terrible. Several items/things were broken like the two treadmills, elevator, the lobby’s bathroom urinal, the back door of the pool area and the wall paper on the first floor hallway was loose. The outside grounds was full of weeds and dog poop. We ate breakfast the first day because the food was terrible. We asked the housekeeper not to clean the first day and she never came back to clean the other 3 days we were there. We were very disappointed with this particular hotel because we have stayed in other Hilton hotels and the experience have been great. It seems this one has been neglected. New management should be considered.

I liked that it was quite, close to some places to eat and comfy to sleep.

I know I put staff could be better but that wouldn’t be far to the entire staff. I thought staff was amazing except for the heavy set light skin male with glasses running the front desk at night. He is not about the people who pay money to stay there at all.

It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I've traveled a lot.

the location was convenient for me.

Security concerns. Other guest's opened my room with their key. I was able to open their's with mine. This made for a very uncomfortable stay. Also, the pool was filthy, the breakfast was bad, and the room was not very clean. I could have lived with any of that, but not the security issue. I think some members of the staff were trying, but it doesn't make up for not being safe. I spoke with the hotel general manager who was a little strange... huggy... and she apologized but I was not amused.

Disappointing.

Initial room keys did not work. Trip to front desk. No water bottles in the room. Later told truck due tomorrow. Did receive option of soda after second trip to the front desk. Shampoo bottle did not work. Third trip to front desk. As for a pet friendly hotel, every outside pet corner was covere with dog droppings. Why? Because there was not a poop bag to be found for those wanting to even try and clean up. We had our own. Not the Hilton family caliber we are used to.

Tv channels were not working, only had one channel. There was a motor noise in the restroom and staff said they could not do much about it. Staff was not very sympathetic about the noise or poor tv service. Long Line at check in and only 1 person attending
