Great place to stay

Great Location to Restaurants. It's a good thing there was a Snow Storm. The bed was great and the choices of pillows were perfect. The shower was better than a lot of High Dollar hotels

Started off a disaster but ended well.

When we arrived, the hotel clerk did not have our Booking.com reservation. We had to stay as we were going to our grandson's out of town football game. The young man was able to give us one room that was still open for $2 over the original price. The hotel is undergoing construction improvements, but it did not distract from the comfortable suite we obtained. It was clean, spacious and the staff was awesome. The following morning our car battery was dead and staff helped us secure a way to get a new battery, although we had already checked out. Kudos to the wonderful staff!

We did not like the fact that our reservation had not been made through Booking.com. We tried to cancel the trip but did not have luck on line. The clerk never did receive our reservation. My husband did not respond to Booking.com after he made the reservation, so we think that is why it did not go to the hotel. Lesson learned. PS: We did not get charged for the room through Booking.com.

I wish I’d spent a little more, but it was adequate

It’s a handy location, the price was right. I love that there is a nightlight in the bathroom, the mirror there also is nice. There’s a good desk with light where I was able to use my makeup mirror with that additional light.

The bed was awful. I haven’t been so sore for 3 straight mornings ever. It had bumps on top that were suspiciously like springs almost sticking out. Otherwise the room and bedding was fine.

Seemed clean but room and bathroom floors needed mopped turned my daughter’s feet black even after they said they just mopped the room. Room was extremely small. Breakfast was waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, a few other knickknacks.
