Location was in the perfect location

The smell in the rooms smell gross, restrooms were beat up, tub and shower were disgusting, beds had bugs or something on them, had 1 towel at a time cause they had no towels and the towels they do give are disgustingly stained,cigarette holes in bedding, they give you 2 cheap pillows for a king bed, and carpets are gross and stained, leaking sink under the sink. Repair people will never help you with anything, and NO Breakfast even though they advertise it

There was roaches all over. The bathtub was disgusting. The sink and mirror had spots all over it. The towels the lady gave us had holes and dirt spots all over it. The bed sheets were stained. It wasn’t a good experience.

Unclean, unprofessional staff, not prepared for guests

We arrived to our room with the pull out couch bed having stains, rat droppings, no sheets, and food in itand only had one towel in the room for three people and a dent in the wall that was done by the previous customer before us. Then moved to another room, no towels, no sheets on the pull out bed, no toilet paper. Then miday shift change front desk clerk was very rude and had accused us of calling her a liar because when she called that she had our towels and sheets, she used a private number to call my personal phone instead of the room phone and it went to voice mail immediately since she used a private number to contact me instead of the room phone. Then she says the head house keeper double checked the rooms before hand but if there's no towels and toilet paper or tissues in the room, it wasn't inspected! Used to a very good hotel years ago and had gone down hill and I will not be staying here ever again.

Breakfast? There was a sign that said the breakfast was temporarily discontinued. They did have coffee.

It’s gas and oil country. Room was dirty. Furniture was run down. Couldn’t connect to wi-fi. Overall, the property should be sold to a one-star hotel chain - it’s obviously past its prime.

Nice price but a number of limitations.

Nice location and price.

They only had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and NO wash cloths. They had no hangers to hang up your clothes. They had no breakfast as the conference room was under renovation. I'm sure it will be nice when they are done. You had to hold the toilet handle down for it to flush completely. The freezer compartment of the fridge was torn out. The fridge cabinet door would not completely close. The microwave would only defrost and cook...the timer did not work. Few usable outlets. Light visible all around the closed room door.

I have never seen a La Quinta in such disarray. It stunk of something I could not describe and cigarette smoke. They did not have a comparable room available so she canceled and said charges were reversed. I believe it when I see it. Going to be a fight over this one.

Nice staff they have a lot on their hands with crazy people running around causing problems so understand why they don’t have time for the other important stuff.

Need to have mattress protectors on all beds and new bedding in general the bed under the sheets was very nasty with blood and other stains we slept on top of the fitted and flat sheet. Our bed only had a fitted sheet with some yellow spots on it and a flat sheet with the decorative top no blanket we had to go and buy our own comforter. The towels should all be replaced if you are gonna have white towels in a hotel make sure they are actually white and not a dingy off white yellow.

We did not stay

Room wasn't the room we booked. Needed 2 queen and a couch. We got a 2 double beds , no couch. One of the beds had a large spot of blood on the top spread, so regardless of it not what we booked we weren't going to take the bloody room. They had no more rooms available. It was late, we were tired and had no place to sleep.

Very Nasty Dirty Room. Comforter blanket smelled bad...very stained. Sofa was super stained and Dirty as well. Shower Head had old black tape on head, I'm guessing to keep it on. NO WASH CLOTHS! NO COFFEE CUPS, 1 plastic cup to drink coffee from. We asked for wash cloths and was told they ran out...got some next day but none for that day to shower. No Towel to pit on floor to step on, or hand towels. Horrible.

The location

The room was a wreck... Things did not work like the smoke detector, a lamp by the TV. There is trash in the toilet and a stain on the fitted sheet could have been blood... No trash can present and the drawers and doors did not close correctly. For paying a little higher in the area, I expected better quality. I would not focus on the outside so much as the inside needing fixed up. Also, there is uneven surfaces that are not marked and the stairways do not have the same rise and run making it difficult to safely go up or down the stairs as expected.

Horrible place to stay

Room 113 was not cleaned at all. Toilet and bathtub were filthy, there was no trash can. There was a bag of Doritos and some bread left in one of the drawers. Floor were not mopped bc it was sticky and the sink was backed up with old water. Not good at all but we didn’t leave bc we checked in late in the evening and it was fixing to rain and storm. We could not even shower until next day when we rented another place.
