Made online reservation. Drove around building at least 4 times looking for someone to help us check in and get a room. Knocked on office door 2 separate times. The third time we went to the office, (near 12:30am 9:28) girl came out. I did let her know how disappointed I was that we had been driving around and knocking on the door and no one came. She told me I had an attitude and why did I even want to start there if I was upset. She said she has been sitting there since 11pm. Yes, that got me upset. I let the front desk know upon check out and was told management would call me. That has not happened. I wouldn’t write this for no reason. This was mine and my daughter’s experience. The cleaning lady was nice. Upon check out spoke with Chris, he was pleasant as well.

Cant complain too much for 85 bucks. But place stank bad. Couldnt tell if is was beer soaked carpet, weed or mildew. Carpet was moist like, hopefully had just been cleaned? Room was as clean as i think was possible...the whole place had just been used and abused. Ice maker was broke and pool abandoned. Dont really care but i expect this whole place to be bulldozed within a year. Although, i did hear that half the hotels in san angelo are the same.

Old hotel not well cleaned or maintained. The lady that checked us in was nice and the water pressure was good but nothing else to say thats positive about that hotel. Definitely wont be staying there again. The pool was drained and apparently under nonexistent repair. The first room we had was dirty and smelled bad, A/C was not working and the chair was broken and leaned up against the wall. Immediately changed rooms and the second was slightly better but still not great. I highly recommend staying at the Pearl on the Concho hotel. Its just as dated but they keep it clean and better amenities. Close to the same price.

It was a nice room bed were comfortable. I didn’t like that house keeping didn’t respect the sign on the door and knocked at 8:00am when we arrived late night and asked for a late check out which was granted but still got interrupted by house keeping.

The free breakfast is a voucher for an on-site diner that serves 2 eggs, 1 sausage, and a slice of toast for your voucher. You can order more for more money. A continental breakfast would have been faster and would have been a larger portion. The faucet in the bathtub couldn't be turned off and leaked constantly, which you could hear throughout the room with the bathroom door shut. The staff are supposedly unable to keep it fixed because someone immediately breaks it again right after it's fixed every time. One good thing to note there's a ton of water pressure and a high-flow shower head. Floors were moist, there's no better word for it, just mildly moist, and we all had dirty feet when we left. The TV remote doesn't work unless you stand by it and point the stand, and you have to switch the source with the button on the TV first. The door ran out of battery in the morning, and maintenance had to open our door for us to get back in to check out. The pillows are kinda poor but workable, the general condition of the room is ok, some peeling baseboards and such, and poor tile work, but nothing upsettingly poor. mild staining on the sheets, cough drop on the floor, some garbage underneath some things. A budget option, but below what I would find acceptable for even a budget option. Next time, I will pay double to stay somewhere else if I have to. The staff were very nice, no issues at all there.

The pictures I saw when I reserved was not what was advertised. The people at the front desk were nice but that’s about it. The bathroom looked like one from a horror movie. We missed out on free breakfast too. Very disappointing and I am so glad I only had one night reserved.

This would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for the random fire alarms in the wee hours of the morning starting at around 3 or 4 a.m. Otherwise the stay was generally pleasant. One other thing, however, was that the bed was pretty damn hard. Now I'm used to a firm bed, but it gives just a little. The bed I somewhat slept on was HARD. The room was exceptionally clean, and everything worked. Plus the management was gracious enough to allow me to get in to the room just a little early for me to have the time to get ready to attend my niece's graduation after my long travel to San Angelo. Thank you for that. I'll definitely consider staying there again.

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The exterior of the building was clean. The parking lot was clean. It’s a little worse for Ware but then we don’t look for fancy. We just need a good, safe, and clean place to sleep. It is a little noisy being on Main streets when sirens and very loud vehicles go by.

The air conditioner did not cool, room was hot, notified front desk several times, they were going to send maintenance. This was never resolved, we could not get our money back to cancel reservation. Front desk did not help an all, they did not care that we were hot, we asked to be moved, they said the were at capacity, we saw plenty of empty rooms. No help horrible experience

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in dirty uncapped sheets were not clean the handle on the doorknob in the bathroom of my room was off on the inside and my son got locked in. Had to call me to get him out. The pool had no water in. It was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed.

The pictures online are deceiving. The pool is empty with bricks in it. They offer breakfast at a diner that is never opened. Beer bottles in stairway, walls are paper thin, broken furniture, lock on the door barely closed, hair on shower and sink, smelled like mold, stains on sheet. If I could give a zero I would
