We were there for about an hour then got another room at a different hotel due to roaches.

It was in a good location

My fiancé & I ended up getting another hotel due to once we were in bed roaches started coming out from around us. On the bed, walls & floors.

Enjoyed our long weekend stay in San Angelo!

The double full size beds were very comfy, the a/c worked very good and the TV worked good. The room was nice and clean upon arrival.

The shower head was not connected and appeared broken. The toilet seat was loose and about to fall off. I had to ask for a tv remote as there was not one in the room upon arrival.

There’s only two words for that motel….IT SUCKED ED

They advertise breakfast, but there was no breakfast

Everything about it was horrible! Their website is completely misleading. They are under remodel so at seven in the morning, we could hear hammering going on and they were power washing the sidewalk and the doors. We had water leaking through our door. The whole thing was a horrible experience. I will never go back there.

Worst place I've ever stayed at!

Was the only available hotel

After I was checked in, they made key cards for our room and tried to put another family in our room! I had to go to the office and tell them. The person who checked me in tried to say it wasn't my room. After 20 minutes of back and forth she finally said, Oh that's right. i checked you in earlier. I was very angry and annoyed! On top of that, the sheets were filthy, the bed spread had cigarette burns on them. When I asked for different bedding I was told there was no more because they were over booked. I had to go to Walmart and get sheets and blankets. On top of that there was only one hand towel, one wash cloth and one bath towel. We reserved a non smoking room and the room freaked like cigarette smoke. Horrible experience!

Despite a maintenance issue, stay was good and main manager was impressive for handling a billing error from Booking.com

When-in the middle of the night-the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking heavily, the night staff quickly accommodated by providing a key to another comparable room. We had to pack up and load then un-load, but at least we were helped quickly.

It had a leak in the ceiling right above the toilet. The breakfast was not great-but better than nothing.

Room was changed to smoking. We couldn't get in the room. They redid the key like 3 times and on the 4th gave as a different room after making multiple trips back down to office. That room was disgusting. We didn't even stay there! Asked for a refund and still have not received it!

Dirty run-down low-income motel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We only ended up staying here because our other hotel overbooked and had no rooms available. The front staff were very accommodating for out last-minute booking.

This place had bugs in the room and lots of abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. This place is more like low-income rental property than a motel. They have long term tenants that seem to treat the public spaces like their backyard.

Check in was fine people we're friendly got to our room and within 10 minutes of being in room seen 10 cockroaches. Went back to front desk told them what's going on they offered us another room we declined and went home.

We were given a hot room at the beginning and it never cooled down so we had to move.

Air conditioning was great since it was 100 degrees outside. Shower had good pressure. Pool was not accessible for the 5th-6th time in the past 15 years.
