this day was not what we were expecting the customer service. Everyone there was really nice. They were really helpful.

the customer service, we had an issue with the toilet, and it was backed ip and they accommodate us right away

The facility was really outdated and old. We had issues with the toilet bowl and the carpet originally old and there was just really metallic smell and you could see the drywall there might have been some water damage. It just happens and needs to take care of the property and update it.

The front desk staff was hard to find and the stay way disappointing.

I liked the location.

The ceiling had mud and tape pulling away from the ceiling…damaged. The shampoo was empty in the shower. We asked for more and had to wait 15 minutes at least for someone to show up at the desk only to be told housekeeping would replace it the next day. They didn’t so we went and purchased our own the next evening because we couldn’t find front staff again to inquire about it again.

The hall smelled bad. Our room smelled so bad we couldn't stay. We turned in our keys and left and moved to another hotel. The 4 star rating is wrong and Hilton needs to visit unannounced and visit. I want my money back. I w in will put a rating on the Hilton site.

Breakfast was good every morning. Room was comfortable. Location was good. Mostly just used it for a place to sleep and shower.

The bathroom could use an updating. Our tub was slow to drain. The bed could use another sheet so we don’t have to fight over blanket sharing. The pool needs to be worked on. Missing tiles and a lot rust spots.

Very good

Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The TV in our room wasn't working, so we were promptly upgraded at no additional cost. Breakfast was nice. Air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area was broken, which is the only reason for not giving an excellent rating. They were doing their absolute best to make it comfortable though, by bringing in standalone cooling units. All in all, a nice place to stay while in San Angelo.

Slept good on bed no loud noise. When their were hotel issues manager Jennifer handle it very well, multi tasking taking care of customers on the phone while making an effort to take care of the ones on the front desk. To Manager and Staff Good Job, keep up the Great Work!
