Will definitely visit there again.

Location, the kitchenette was very nice, they had a great breakfast bar setup.

I wished they would space out the customers a little better. We could hear the kids running up and down the hall and they were next door, we were able to hear them through an adjoining room door. Also, the laundry facilities were out of order so it would have been nice to use them.

We loved the room! We bragged about it to our family, that it would be a great place for a honeymoon

By far the best breakfast spread I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! The attention to detail and presentation was off the charts! The cute little French pastries were displayed so beautifully! All of the little extras like butter and Nutella arranged like perfect soldiers ready for battle LOL! The attendant made sure as soon as one was taken another was in its place! The food tasted great and I was very impressed!

We arrived pretty late and wanted coffee but what was available was cold. We woke up early because we had to get back home and unfortunately the coffee was cold and we thought it was from the night before. We went back to our room and made it there. When we came down for breakfast at 7:30 the coffee was finally hot.

It worked for the one night we were there.

The room had a lot of space. The kitchen was set up with utensils and coffee. The refrigerator was cold and the coffee pot worked. There was hot water and the beds were clean.

The rooms were dark. The thermostat had been replaced and the area around it was not repaired. The couch cushion was torn. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The remote did not work and the TV would turn on but you couldn't manually change the channels. The beds could use a side table on both sides of the bed since the room is so large.

I liked the view of the pool, it was comfortable, the room was big enough for my family. Breakfast was hot and good and the staff was very friendly.

Almost everything wasn't working the laundry facility wasn't working and the jacuzzi/hot tub was not hot.

Breakfast and Social time were very good as were the staff who were on duty at these. The location was excellent for our needs. Staff on the whole were helpful.

Maid service was poor. Only once and only after requesting it for clean towels in two weeks. Some rooms were very poor. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation on the first two nights. They allocated us the worst room in the hotel for a two weeks stay. Interconnecting room that was extremely noisy, next to public restrooms, gym and with large air con units outside our window. No refund due to booking through yourselves. Eventually given a quiet room after having to pay additional 300 dollars for neighbouring hotel.

They claimed that because I booked through booking.com, I could not receive a printed receipt!

Breakfast was the best thing about the place.

I reserved a single King w/ Foldout , but was booked into a single Queen w/ Foldout. But it was steps off the lobby and the entrance to the property, and there was a good bit of commotion, loud talking and general socialization taking place just steps from my ground floor window.
