Decent. Rooms that are stqted as suites need to be more spacious. Felt like a normal hotel room.

We were in a handicap accessible room. HOWEVER.... the soap dispenser in the shower was unreachable and a seat was missing. Tubs - regardless of grab bars are often impossible to get into plus they are slippery. People with mobility issues cannot stand for very long and a bath chair is very important. This is a huge safety issue.

The front desk was very kind

Had to change rooms because the bed was stained. Moved to a second room and the air didn’t cool. Ask for a fan and we got a box fan that was very loud. It was not at all Marriott Quality. Got charged for parking and there was a broken fence around the pool. It was terrible

I tried speaking to someone several times about a credit that is due back to my Amex. no one could help me and they just gave excuses and said the accounting lady was on maternity leave.

Turned away after a long drive even with a reservation

We were turned away at the front desk even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, because several of their rooms suffered water damage. They also claimed there was no phone number associated with our reservation, so I didn’t find out there was a problem until we arrived after a 9+ hour drive. They gave us a referral letter to another hotel that was not nearly as nice and that did not have our reserved room type available. Although we have stayed here before and had a good experience then, I’ll never book here again.

nothing, absolutely nothing.

the place should be condemned, mold everywhere from some sort of water damage, wall paper peeling off the wall and carpet ripped up everywhere. the rooms are full of mold, our whole family got sick from the place. don’t stay here, this place should not even be in operation.
