Such a nice place.

Very clean

I like the vicinity if the facility. It is close to both medical centers and there are a score of close by eating establishments. The room in s spacious. All the electrical plugs worked. I greatly appreciated the handicapped shower. The placement of the built in chair is ideal and I love the hand held wand. Refrigerator and microwave worked great. The morning breakfast was very good with multiple food and drink choices. Check in and check out was a breeze. The staff were top notch and seemed to actually care about the well being of their customers.

The mattress in my accessibility room was worn out and I sunk 4-5 in inches when I got on it which also made it hard to get off. Sleeping on it was not overly comfortable. Next issue the ADA commode was lower than either in my home and did not really seen like a true ADA commode. Lastly is a personal choice, I wish there was a larger selection of hot herbal teas.

Charged me an additional $50 during my first nights stay. After I fully paid and booked my reservation beforehand. This wasn’t part of the temporary charge to ensure card works. Also our key card stopped working after the first nights stay. The front desk had us waiting for 15 minutes in the lobby in order to check in. She was in the back outside.
