We walked to dinner

The train came right by our room at the end of the hall at 3am blowing horns. Very loud and disturbing. A/C was loud shut off and on all night long. Bed was hard and pillows were uncomfortable. Toaster didn’t work in the kitchen.

A great hotel for a day or longer

Loved the roll in shower, I felt water in it than I do in mine st home. Check in and out were seamless Everything looked and smelled exceptionally clean The location is very accessible to not Shannon Hospital and Shannon South Hospital Breakfast was tasty with many options The staff were very friendly and helpful

2nd visit. I think things were better in 2022 when lap I was there last.

breakfast was pretty good- eggs. bacon; make your own waffle. muffins were good; bagels not so goo They changed our room at beginning because ready when we arrive early. Changed from 2 wueens to a king and I ghink a smaller room but no rate change. Then added extra 50$ to cc saying will be returned to us in 5 business days

shower would not adjust to hand held. Drain on tub could not be closed- so no bath was possible. Nothing available but a get your hair wet shower. Room was very dusty- curtains, coffee pot, airconditioning unit. Tub was moldy, not well cleaned. I hung “do not disturb” sign on door while bathing and dressing- abt an hour- so they skipped doing a room clean all together.

Wingate a very nice and affordable hotel in San Angelo, TX

The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The mobility impaired room was actually a mobility impaired room including a walk in shower. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows There was sufficient plugs around the bed that I could plug in my CPAP along with my wife's and my phone The desk staff was friendly. Breakfast had multiple selections including eggs and sausage

the toilet paper only had about 1/16th of a roll and no replacement roll The water pressure was poor at best which precluded using the shower except for the wand. There was a folded cloth floor mat in the corner of the shower that was very wet as if it was picked up revolted and placed back in the shower used.

Not an ideal place to stay for a vaca.

It was quite on top floor. Didn’t hear much from other rooms.

Every morning around 5am the AC would shut off bc it’s on a timer in the control room and would reset the rooms to 74 degrees on AUTO. It was hot in the breakfast area too and that’s a cesspool for germs. TV was small and fridge froze all my drinks and food.

I will not return. Had to wait 15 min for someone to come to checkout desk the morning we left.

Breakfast was there. Only ate a bagel. There was a lot of teenaged boys who cleaned out the breakfast. The toilet was quiet.

No water pressure in sink. Was told was a water saver. The little refrigerator froze up, was just told to turnoff . Pillows were tiny and hard, went to Wal mart and bought some. No one was at desk when we left.

The staff is rude and unwelcoming and uncaring

They gave us the wrong room, not what we booked for a family. Our son had to sleep on the floor since they wouldn’t get another bed. At 2am someone came into our room. They had a key. No one answered the phone at the front desk. The lady in the morning walked away and never came back. Absolutely no concern for customers or their safety. Will never stay here again. We have four years of college coming up. Big loss of business

Our rooms were close together but we were on the first floor near the front desk right next to an exit door. It wa very busy and noisy. A loud voiced person was going up and down that hall at 4:30 am. Everything else was great.
