Overall the room was very clean and well kept. However, I had to wait an extra 1.5 hours passed check-in time to be able to get into my pre-booked room (due to low staffing, apparently?). I only have two complaints - 1) The shower head was ATROCIOUSLY DIRTY. As in, I worry about potential respiratory infection from having been using that shower head... it was *BAD*. The shower/bath itself was nice and clean, but the shower head looks like it hasn't been cleaned in literal YEARS. 2) The internet, despite being lauded as "great" and "speedy" in other comments, was barely a 3mb connection. It petered out quite regularly, and was not usable for anything more than FB / X usage... even streaming would randomly go into "loading" status using it. Aside from those complaints, the stay was delightful and the staff were great.

Rooms are out dated.. there was a standing light behind sofa bed we moved chair forward there was so much dust on light fixture disgusting i don't it has ever been clean.. room smelled musty.

Our sheets had not been changed and there was urine on the comforter, possibly from a pet. They served biscuits for breakfast and they were burnt on the outside and cold in the middle. We stayed on the second floor and the third floor was extremely squeaky.

Hotel was run down. The walls and ceiling were patched. The carpet in the room felt dirty. All three drawers in the nightstand wouldn’t stay closed. Front desk said it was due to a slight elevation on one end?? She did offer to give me points for the inconvenience.

Towels were not clean. One of the towels, it had animal feather and the other had someone else’s hair. But bed and bedsheets were clean. The hotel did had an odd smell

We have stayed here two years in a role for our San Angelo . The staff went above and beyond and help me with my needs. There is a IHOP right next to the restaurant but they also offer free breakfast and it was very good and there is a roadhouse steak place right next to it and we’ve eaten there two years in a row and they were very good too, so it’s a very nice facility and I would recommend it to anyone beds or wonderful

There was not shampoo in the shower, makes me wonder if it was even cleaned. Also the tub felt very uneven and filled with water while you shower, like it wasn’t draining properly. Also there was hair on the wall of the shower. We found a plastic cap in one of the beds. Again making me think the sheets had not been changed. There was a bad smell in the entry way as well as in the hallways. Definitely would not stay here again. Not worth almost $200.

The staff was incredibly nice and did the best they could. But the property was old. Sat by a frontage road and highway. Midas muffler and ihop in front of facility. TV’s did not carry nbc or cbs.

The room was clean, shower wasn't hot at all, breakfast at 8 am had nothing left and they weren't refilling anything. No waffles, toast, eggs, only cereal and some fruit. Breakfast is from 6-10 and they should plan for that.

I was placed a room next to the indoor swimming pool. By 9:45 pm, the swimmers were still shouting and made loud noise. J called the front desk, she promised to calm them down. “By the way, the pool closes at 10:00 anyway.” The noise quiet down at 10:00. The sign on the swimming pool reads pool hours “8 to 9”. I am not a happy camper. Make sure ask a room away from any public place if you have to stay there.

Requested a different room because ours had a very deep indent in middle of room. Made all the drawers in the room stay open & caused me to hit my leg on one. The beds were leaning which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Did not receive a different room or offer any remedy. Will not stay again

The hotel was very outdated, but I was hoping the cleanliness would be better. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the sheets felt like sand paper. The bathroom was dirty as well. Absolutely disappointed in the hamptons hotel. I found black hairs in my bed (I’m blonde), the toilet wasn’t scrubbed, the shower was also dirty. Just no.

Average hotel, nothing exceptional- room was clean, staff at check in was kind and helpful. Checked in at 8pm, left 5:30am pre breakfast so no comment on the free breakfast- coffee in the room was marginal, coffee in break area a little better. Proximity to loop means some traffic noise but overall just a decent place to stay.
