Just a place to lay our heads on a very long drive.

Very, very old and rundown. Wasn’t expecting a motel either as we had just stayed at Quality Inn in Big Spring which was excellent. The breakfast at Roxie’s was a nice surprise.

Place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Mattress was lumpy and worn out.

The room smelt musty I'm guessing for maybe the oldness of the room it hasn't been updated in some time, in our first room that we were in the TV didn't work notified front desk they moved us two different room there was stains on the walls

Would never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly.

Literally you get what you pay for. The room had a stale scent. The floors were stained and very dirty. The air was musty and humid. The shower was gross, I would've felt dirtier had I taken a shower in there. The toilet paper holder was just a hole in the wall. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the TV didnt work.

Refund with damages

Clerk lied to us and told us you didn’t pass on our requests for a ground floor room due to my wife’s inability to climb stairs so we went home and didn’t use the top floor room due she also told us all the ground floor rooms were already booked and that she would not move anyone in order to suit our needs. We drove back home because our trip was ruined. I’ll never use booking.com again. If I was charged for the room I want my money back and include punitive damages. My wife had to turn around and drive back the next day

Ac was loud. Double booked one of our rooms still waiting on a refund for about a month.

The place.is so packed you can't even get in. You have to wait up.to a hour just to eat

Peace n quiet n relaxing stay n the shower after a long day was amazing on my body n the breakfast was wonderful n the waitress was wonderful she deserves a good raise very nice n friendly made us feel like home I can't say enough about my stay n all IL be coming again soon Thank you for the lady at the front desk she was polite n friendly everyone deserves a raise for their hard work to keep these places going loved it

Over all my stay has always been consistent and very comforting.

This is the Quality Inn that I enjoy staying at when I'm on my way home from Aurora, CO after visiting my Daughters and grand children.

Unfortunately Roxie's had an emergency and the restaurant was closed . They did provide a snack bag and that was fine.

The hotel is attached to the cutest diner where you are offered a free breakfast! And the room was great for a 1 night stay.

We didn't get any normal sized bath towels and it was so late we didn't want to walk all the way to the office to ask for some... they probably had some but I'm not sure tbh

Good reading light over bed. Clean property overall. Professional guest staff. Commons areas were well lit. Quiet property even with the thunderstorm.

Brighter living area. No landscaping Cafe could use some updating.

Exceptional

Check in guy was nice and very polite. Explained how breakfast was done there and how to get to my room. Beds were comfortable, shower TV and ac were easy to use. Room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was superb. Towels were plush nothing flat.

Did not like it was next to a building that had a big dance next door, since that was going on there were so many cars parking everywhere, people setting off car alarms every 20 min. People next to us were so loud and heard a bunch of doors slamming constantly.
