Breakfast was not impressive drinks were all out only cranberry juice and food was not hot. Pancake machine had no batter apparently. Room was clean but hotel needs some love walls nicked up and some better cleaning of common areas. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Property is a bit worn. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Damaged tile and water damage in our bathroom which should be fixed. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast is hot, but not great. Room air conditioner is very noisy. Nothing awful about the hotel, but it could be better. Feels like the hotel is about due for un update.

In town for Angelo State university’s family weekend. Great location near the campus. Room was great! Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was delicious! Was a great stay while visiting our son!

The kind and efficient front desk staff immediately switched rooms for us after we first walked into a room with a very dirty, stained, and worn carpet with stale smells, it felt damp. The room we switched to was somewhat better...at least vacuumed. The hotel needs updating and from the strong smell of paint I wonder if that is not being started already. The lobby and downstairs were fine. The bathroom needs updating so maybe why hard to clean, meaning it could have been cleaner. This hotel felt like cheaper construction than other IHG Express we have stayed at. We were just stopping in for a sleep, we felt safe and the beds were very comfortable but could use new linens.

Look, for the amount of money you’re going to spend on a night here…do yourself a favor and go to another hotel. Check in and staff were very friendly, no complaints there. This hotel is obviously dated, with paper thin walls. Room wise: ripped, stained (hopefully just so) sheets. Shower head leaked all over the floor, and dirty floors at that. Cleanliness was not something we encountered here. Breakfast, just don’t. Coffee was surprisingly not bad. I’m in no way a picky guest, I’m very understanding 99% of the time. The amount of money I paid for two night for this place, never again. To be honest, I probably won’t be staying at another Hilton, they’ve continuously gone down hill.
