The staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean. I would recommend to family and friends.

Staff was very friendly amd helpful. Always greeted with s smile and hello. They helped is out when we needed to add to our stay and got to keep the same room.

The rooms could use a little updating, especially the baghrooms. The bathrooms need sn exhaust fan for the shower steam and a heater.

When I first got there, they gave me the wrong room not the one I picked. Then when I asked the manager, she said you don’t get what you want and she stuck meinto a room. watch that room. The door did not lock anybody could walk in. It was musty. The carpet was wet. The bed was wet, and there was water stains on the ceiling, and the curtains were ripped up when I brought it to their attention they said there was no rooms for me to move. After keep bringing it up on the second night, they were finally able to move main rooms because of my safety of the Door not being able to lock and and anyone can just walk into my room. Overall horrible stay!!!!

It was in a great location because we were heading to Austin

The room had an odor. Not too clean, it smelled as if the cleaning ladies are not using pine sol and bleach. We were given a room for the disabled which neither one of us has a disability. The shower head in the bathroom wasn't clean either.

Its location was everything. Right off the highway, easily accessible... That lady working nights (I believe she may be a night auditor) made coffee and let me know. She and I had a wonderful conversation in the hallway once she was comforted that I was a guest staying at that establishment.

Breakfast was designed to benefit pork lovers. If you don't eat pork, what, you don't get to enjoy breakfast? I just need more options. And the night auditor questioned me when I entered the hotel coming in from the car like, "May I help you", as she was walking down the hall. I told her I was just gazing at a car but she returned with, "I see, but may I help you". And that look... that look was all I needed. I think I was the wrong color for her comfort.

It was nice that coffee bar and flavored water stays open all day.

AC in bedroom was not functioning properly. Hot breakfast should stay open until 10am.
