It was a good stay, even just for one night.

Location was good. It was close to the places we needed to go.

The door handle was a little tricky. Had to turn upwards to open instead of down.

Dirty, people slamming doors, screaming kids running up and down the halls

Lovation

So loud, had a room next to fire stair exit and oh my gosh the entire time kids running up and down the hall slamming the door at 2 in the morning all night to continue into early morning 7am. Multiple kids just running slamming doors screaming. Room was so dirty sheets dirty good thing I had our own blankets. I don’t even know that the room had been clean honestly looked like someone went in made the beds wiped down a few counters and called it a day.

For a "need a quick sleep" stay but maybe not if you will be in the room for an extended period

Staff was very upbeat and courteous.

Areas of damage in the room and not very clean. Hairs found in the bathroom and commonly used areas in the room did not appear to be wiped down. Had left half a roll of toilet paper and no spare toilet paper. No bedding available in the room for the pull out bed and tv was barely operational.

Very clean and spacious. Most hotels only give 3 sets of towels for a family of four. It was nice that the room already had 4 sets. Once again it was very clean.

Not able to lock the bathroom door and the settings on the shower head did not work properly. No phone in the room to contact the front desk.

I have always had a great experience at these hotels until this time.

Staff was friendly

There was no milk of any kind at breakfast for cereal or coffee was at designated time remained that way for at least 30 minutes and then I gave up on it. The drapes in the room had holes in them so anyone could've looked in no way to cover all of them The bathroom really needed updating really bad There was a huge roach in room Fire alarm went off no telephone in the room to complain or ask if it was a real fire. Loud noises in hallway sounded like someone was racing the maintenance carts up and down The sheets seemed old and not up to the quality I usually see when staying at Comfort Suites

we will not be choosing this hotel for our annual trip next year.

4 days 3 nights allowed us time to notice breakfast is the same, just alters from biscuit gravy with sausage n egg, or biscuit gravy and bacon.

only being allowed to have our room cleaned once during our 4 day stay. Having `1 ro ll of toilet paper, 4 towels, and throw our own trash. bring down oour dirty towels to front desk instead of having quality housekeeping and delivery of service. we are a family of 6. so when we asked for additional towels it was a struggle at front desk asking for an exchange. Ridiculous, did they really have me bag them up and bring them to them. Explanations of short staff and inadequecy were not my idea of a comfortable stay when staff spent more time complaining,. Mattresses in the hallway near elevator for the entire duration of our stay. Pool shut down, never opened even on good weather days. It was alot of chaos.

We were passing through to south padre and I got a call 5 hours before I got there they wanted my card information I told them I didn’t feel comfortable I had already did it online and they cancelled my booking then I got to the room which I had to pay an additional fee and the comforter was dirty and the bathroom was dirty then for breakfast I got waffles and the lady that worked there said omg and rolled her eyes because she threw my cup I wasn’t done with yet the staff wasn’t friendly at all I will not be going back here

Booked 2 queens online got a king. She said oh fold out couch and gave us a thin ass blanket and 1 sheet not even top and bottom. We had to sleep with heater on. No toilet paper holder and dirty. Shampoo was microbottle. Waited in lobby at counter twice. Mattresses lying by elevator and outside the window. The price was outrageous for what we got. Very disappointed. Never again! We deserve a refund!

Great place to stay

We stayed at the particular location a few years ago. It was familiar and as we remembered it. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was spacious (we are a family of 5)

It’s not their fault but the pool was under construction so we couldn’t swim. But that shouldn’t count against our review. We stayed in a handicap accessible room (I may have accidentally booked it.) I took a shower and it flooded our bathroom. But the staff was quick to take care of as soon as they knew.

We were visiting my spouses family and I brought my mom and sister with us to celebrate my spouses birthday with them and kept extending our stay in different hotels. This was the second one we used out of the 4 and it was our absolute favorite for cleanliness and comfort. The staff was really warm and welcoming to people and we may be a bit standoffish and there were times it felt a little cold but it was in a good way we weren’t used to people being as friendly as we are with customers. It was a very nice experience to be around. When we got back home everyone is already planning our next trip to my in laws and we all mutually decided this is the one we’d use because of how much we liked it here!

Friendly staff makes this hotel acceptable.

The clerk who checked me in was friendly, knowledgeable and hepful.

The place is apparently undergoing or about to undergo construction so there are some things one normally expects to find, that were not available. (i.e., hair dryer. When does one ever stay in a hotel with no hair dryer available? I was told that one would be found but we stayed 5 nights and one was never found.) In view of the situation, the price shoud have been adjusted down.

My kids and I loved staying at Comfort Suites they never wanted to leave they were very comfortable.

The room was very clean and we loved the breakfast they have lots to choose from.

We don’t have any complaints maybe if your looking to get in the hot tub it didn’t work but its too hot in the summer to get in a hot tub anyway

Beds were super comfy, cold ac, and most of the staff was super friendly.

I wasn't given a blanket for the pullout couch and when I went and asked for one I was told no a couple times. She wasn't letting me explain the stuff she gave me was only sheets and no blanket. She finally got me one and told me it wasn't ready earlier because of it being washed and them being sold out. I just feel the communication could have been more professional. There were also alot dead bugs in our bathroom which was unsettling but not a huge deal.
