I was just very unhappy with the customer service and cleanliness.

It is where we stay every time always a good stay.

I accidentally booked for Friday night but arrived on Thursday. Did reservations through booking.com when we realized what I did they already charged me through the app and then had to pay again at property. No one is giving me a refund. There was toilet paper on the ground like toilet had overflowed and the paper dried. There were bugs in the room. Then the tv didn’t work it had a deal that kept popping up about no internet connection. Went to front office after trying to call multiple times with no answer. The lady in the office said she doesn’t know how to fix it the manager has to and he will be there in the morning. Normally happy with this motel but disappointed this time especially paying double the price.

Breakfast could have been better they didn’t even have butter for the toast. The choices were cereal and waffle not much of a breakfast. My son had went to bed and they just changed the fitted sheet and the rest of the sheets. They do not have enough of the mattress, protector so they didn’t change that and the bed was still wet because they did not change the mattress protector. Also, there was no rubber mat for the bottom of the bathtub extremely slippery, but when we asked, didn’t have any extra.

We did not stay there because the room was nasty and very dirty. The staff didn't even care. So we stayed at Super 8 instead. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's between 5-10 minutes from just about everything in town.

Where to start? We were trying to check in early since their actual website says they offer early check-in (we were denied, should have been an early indicator). Upon checking in at 3, the guy behind the desk was more interested in his phone. We were only allowed one room key, even though there were multiple adults in the room. There was a giant dumpster up against the building that other guests were throwing their garbage into. If our room reached more than 69 degrees, it would smell like garbage! The carpet was sticky, the shower head was so gunked up that the water sprayed in every direction, there was red mold in the corners of the shower, the sink drain was rusted and gnats flew out every time we used it, and there were cigarette burn holes in the sheets! Aside from early check-in, other amenities advertised but unavailable include: swimming pool, ice machines, guest laundry services, fitness center, and free breakfast (because I refuse to acknowledge that poor snack selection as breakfast). The staff was so rude, I don't understand how their business is staying afloat. I have so many photos of everything that I had to combine them to show most of what I'm talking about.

Not what I expected

It was close to most of the important and fun places. The room was clean-ish upon arriving. The visible floor was clean, but under and behind everything needed to be cleaned.

It said it had breakfast. The coffee was horrible. The waffles were nasty, and the milk tasted like it sat out warm then got re-refrigerated. They said the pool was open, it was closed the entire week. They didn't state online or at the reception the night we got here that they were under construction. The crew sat out at the tree across from our room and stared at us when they were there. There were many things in the room that weren't properly secured. Like outlets and the light fixtures, which the lights didn't work unless you wiggled with the wiring. The shower has the strongest water pressure I've felt in my life, and definitely hurts to stand under.

Located off the highway. Easy to get to. There's a Texas Roadhouse right next door. Check in was quick.

Front desk clerk stated I got the last two rooms with my reservation but was magically able to find a replacement room after I walked in to a room that seemed under construction. The light didn't come on, was spooky. There was stuff all over the bed (tools and misc). I thought I might have walked into an occupied room. When I told the clerk she was out if the loop. Instead of professionally taking care of the issue and supporting the business, said "doesn't surprise me, things ike that happen here all the time". Got a new room on 1st floor after she said there were none available upon check in. The shower temperature didn't go below a warm/hot which is nice in winter but not so much in the summer. Parking leading to room door smelled like urine.

The fridge was so cold that everything was freezing. Since I couldn't find how to adjust the temp, the front desk sent the maint who said that since it was older, it did not have an adjustable thermostat. I accepted that and he left. But 5 minutes later, he came back with a newer, bigger, & better fridge. Wow! Very nice. He went "above and beyond the call of duty". But then, everyone has been friendly & helpful; the rooms are clean; and, most importantly, I feel safe. Thank you. 👍🙂

I had a room reserved for my sister and they did not allow her to check in using my credit card info that was already on file. We never recovered the total amount I was supposed to be reimbursed. Hotel also asks customers to remind them as you leave about the initial 100d deposit or "You will loose it"...Why do they ask that much and why do WE need to remind them to return something that is ours?
