Good choice for business visits at Google campus.

Location - close to Google campus and highway. Everything that is needed is there, including a fridge, kitchen annex, table to sit at and work. Clean and comfortable. Good value/money ratio.

Rather noisy (fridge, ventilation and plumbing in the adjacent apartments; AC was OK). I had to use earplugs to sleep. No indoor space to sit with others. (There is an outdoor table and benches.)

Don't waste your money -this place is a dump

I don't think I liked anything about this place. The air conditioner didn't work, the room was humid and musty, everything in the room looked like the cheapest piece of furniture available. The bed was like one step above. A couch pull out bed at your college buddy's house.

Just about everything. The lobby was a dump, the room was a dump, the furniture was worn and beaten. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and cheap. The blankets on the bed had holes in them. This place was absolute disaster.

It was a pleasant one night stay that could have been a bit more comfortable.

The room was clean. Remotes for the TV and AC were easy to find. It was well lit, The lobby was easy to find, and booking, plus check in was simple and fast.

The TV remote did not work properly. The refrigerator was not cold enough, and the ice cream we brought actually melted over time. The front desk clerk could have showed us exactly where my room was, because I ended up walking around the entire hotel to get to my room 152 after reparking my car. Lastly, the room seemed to need a renovation. The cabinets were old, the stove looked worn out, and even the room and standing TV looked retro.

It would have been fine, but the toilet running all night prevented me from sleeping.

It was clean, the front desk person was nice and helpful when I checked in.

I called the front desk 15 times with no answer just to find out how to get on the wi-fi, I called the phone number on the phone but got a person not located there. I ended up figuring it out, but was 20 minutes late to a meeting. The toilet ran all night and prevented me from sleeping.

Rooms are dirty!!

The room was nice but was not clean

I was given a room that was not clean. The shower had somebody else's hair in it along with their sock. The toilet was clogged. I had to ask for someone to come plunge the toilet because the person before us stopped it up. They brought a plunger and tried to unplug it couldn't get it unplugged and then proceeded to use a pair of my daughter's shorts that were on the floor by accident to put the plunger on. The toilet did not work until probably 8 hours before we were going to check out. I was not offered any money off they told me there were no rooms because they were booked completely. no one came to clean my room at all. Nobody knew anything or knew how to do anything there and because I did not complain to them before 4:00pm on a Thursday they had nobody to clean my room or to help with anything no manager on staff.

Decent for the money

The staff was accommodating to give us a room on the first floor. The area was really really good. No riff Raff hanging around. Felt safe. Like the kitchenette.

Floors are a little bit dirty, could use a good mopping. And the breakfast bar is a little bit lacking. But other than that, good stay

The room was spacious and the location of the property is close to public transportation. Quiet neighborhood.

I WAS DOUBLE-CHARGED by the check-in staff and booking. I paid the fee via booking before the trip and then when I checked in, they charged me again. I contacted booking and the property but none of them have replied me. Very terrible customer service.

Low staffed , gross room

The roomed smelled , the bathroom wasn't cleaned there was hair all over the tub , and I got 3 bites from bed bugs.I'm never coming back !!

Dad dried bushes out front. When going in and out from my car, not very appealing and they were very scratchy against clothing and skin.

It was an ok stay for the price.

Budget friendly.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. I had to clean it myself. They made the bed and stocked the towels and soap but that’s about it. It wasn’t a good clean. Kitchen utensils/toaster that stuff you had to ask front desk for. Large refrigerator was nice to have. Bed wasn’t bad. I slept good.

The bathroom toilet ran loud. The bed was not bolted at the top because if you sit at the bottom of the bed, it lifts at the top. Not sure why that is, but it seems to not have been bolted to the wall or on its frame evenly.

The room was advertised as a queen bed when it was actually a full size bed. Our toilet got clogged after it’s very 1st use. The office was closed but had a phone to call inside, no one answered. Returned later in the day to be told that we ourselves have to use a plunger they provided at the office & unclog it ourselves. We only had one night stand next to the bed when the wall lamps show there’s supposed to be 2. There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. Very uncomfortable trip.
