Very comfortable, quiet, secluded stay.

The pool was actually warm! Most heated pools during winter feel like they're just short above hypothermia, but this pool was actually really comfortable! Pool towels available by pool. Swim hours are 9a-9p, fitness center is 24/7. I also really liked how quiet the complex was, though that may have been dependent on clientele rather than quality of soundproofing. It's in a business park near a major intersection but I did not hear any road noise, even when outside.

Having to pay for parking, but I guess if it makes spaces available I shouldn't complain.

Separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen- very clean and comfortable. Our unit had 2 bathrooms which was so welcome! Breakfast was delicious, plentiful. Hot tub and pool were excellent. Pool was warm for winter swimming.

I kind of didn’t like that you had to go outside to go to the lobby, but only because it was raining when we were there. Laundry is kind of tricky. I don’t like the app system where you have to prepay in $10 minimum amount. One load is $4 so do some calculations to not get left with an unused balance.

Overall, it was alright stay.

The location was perfect close to freeway. There is only few options with the breakfast and I wish there's more options for it.

I didn't like how the doors are hard to open and the locks aren't working properly. Some of the staffs aren't aligned with the policies for the hotel.

the staff was excellent! so helpful and friendly, truly amazing experience. As a single mother traveling alone with my teenage daughter they were so helpful and I felt very safe. Great room and experience. will recommend.

I have no complaints. The pull out bed was comfortable, they were very attentive to my needs and the only bad thing I can say is that I wish I could have stayed longer!

Love the space and grounds. Awesome area for pets especially for our service animal. Towels by the pool are a plus! Bbq grills available.

Bathroom sink was clogged up. Unable to use , instead we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. The floors of the bedroom right above ours (113) creaked loudly. Need to reenforce sound barrier.

Not friendly staff. They didn’t honor my Booking.com rates and overcharged me double and refused to refund me

They did not honor the booking.com price for room. They overcharged me double, they didn’t answer my phone calls. They lied!!! They never answered my emails. They refused to refund me the money they owed me. I will never stay at their hotel again

Staff was nice It’s clean

We got a call to keep it quiet! Kids were not loud ! 3 year old walking around. Maybe families with kids should be on 1st level, we didn’t want the third level. Wi-Fi is BAD TVs are NOT smart Breakfast is ok only..good luck getting a seat, and fritta egg for breakfast has ham which is a no go for many people.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Breakfast was great. Had real eggs, twice was mini omelets and once was scrambled eggs. Also had hard boiled eggs and a good selection of other breakfast items. Location was perfect, close to family nearby. Room was very nice with lots of light on the second floor.

Good facilities. Lots of noise from the construction.

This unit has been refurbished recently. Actually, they’re still renewing. And they didn’t warn us about this. So, we had noise from construction during our whole stay. Our expectation is to be told about this in advance, so we can decide if we want to keep the reservation or stay somewhere else. Besides this, the facilities are good, the breakfast is nice (but it ends early, at 9AM). The pool is heated and the jacuzzi as well. All were functioning properly.

The staff here was so friendly & helpful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was convenient. It's like staying at a mini apartment. I highly recommend this hotel!
