Except the laundry, i am kind of satisfied with this place.

Netflix on TV is excellent, room layout was good. The interior was newly furnished.

The laundry was terrible, charging by a very stupid system called shinepay which is hard or impossible to be accessed. Tried hours effort and have to give up. The traditional bank card or paid by Apple Pay should be fine. Instead of doing laundry here, I went outside which is miles away. I stay a long time in this hotel. It is very inconvenient if I can’ do laundry here. Hope it can be solved.

I love it!! Regardless I love staying there

I really appreciate Lisette in the catering department. Whenever I come she remembers my breakfast. I enjoy talking with her. Very professional she is always one of the staff faces I look forward to seeing.

I do not like your breakfast options. Can you please think about adding instead of that sausage add in beacon, turkey beacon. Pancakes or waffles? and egg omelets? Just a more verity for your customers like myself who are on a strict diet plan . Please at least the beacon would be good.

I love the hotel and amenities and would stay again.

The Restaurant and bar were excellent. Nice gym and place do laundry.

Shower area not cleaned very well. There was mold on soap holder shelf in shower. The noise was very loud from people walking above my room due to each room having tile installed from the entry door to the bed area. In the future, I would recommend vinyl plank flooring or carpet to reduce foot traffic noise in rooms below. Soap and lotion dispensers were not replenished as stated from cleaning service.

New, clean and quiet room. Excellent location in the heart of Silicon Valley. Parking lot is well lit.

The lady at the reception desk seemed to have a bad day when I checked in. Not much smile and looked a bit annoyed.

So although it was a pleasant stay it was also unfortunate.

Everything was good the room was nice and big.

While our stay here someone hit our car and there were no cameras to see this. Thankfully after a few hrs someone notified us that the person who hit us reported it. However, we asked for the report from the hotel staff and they couldn’t provide it to us directly. Which is unfortunate because we were the ones that were hit.

Very good hotel but the breakfast staff was horrible

Property was be dry nice

The staff for the food in the morning they were very rude we thought we had breakfast for free there was no signs or anything that you needed a voucher then they hit me with a bill of 44 dollars for some food that I didn’t even want all I grabbed was yogurt and water and I didn’t know if I would’ve known I needed a voucher I wouldn’t have thank god for the front desk people having my back they saved me money but the cooking staff especially the old woman was very rude and very angry she needs people skills for sure

The lobby was pretty.

Parking cost $25, and the parking lot felt unsafe. The room needed a deep clean, the baseboards were grimy, the TV remote was sticky, nothing felt clean. I expected more from a Hilton.

The breakfast. Booked including breakfast, It was very basic, lady at the restaurant said I can only use the buffet, not ala carte. Although the price for buffet is highest in the breakfast menu. At the day of check out I needed to leave at 6:10 to the airport. Asked if I can take a breakfast box, with some pastry and fruit. She said no, I can only eat on site. Taking into consideration the breakfast was prepaid it is not a good attitude, neither customer service

Nice restaurant with nice wine. Sitting area in lobby with fire pit. Outdoor sitting area with fire pit. Easy check-in. There are EV Chargers, but only 2 worked.

Small pool, and only 2 of the EV chargers worked. Rooms are noisy. You can hear the neighbors.

$25 parking fee!! Ridiculous!! There’s not even a parking structure. Just parking around the hotel. Not worth it! Will probably not stay there again because of this!

Easy access with a app

They robbed my bank card so booked this room threw booking.com but yet the Hilton was able to keep charging my card all day the next day intell my bank was negative so is the Hilton scamming plp or booking .com either way I had to make a police report this is ridiculous 😤🤬

Will stay here again!

Hotel is very clean. Very friendly staff. Want to take this moment to thank their staff and management - apparently most if not all hotels nearby were overbooked due to the concerts in Levi Stadium during our stay - management and staff went beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Parking was pretty tough as it took a while to find parking because hotel was full for many concert goers. Suggest hotel to have additional plan for parking situation like that.
