Very enjoyable. Loved that it was so close to 101 and Downtown Sunnyvale.

The suite was roomy and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize Sam at the front desk who checked us in the late evening and was there every evening during our stay. He was very personable and accommodating to our requirements. He is very customer centric.

The location was safe and clean. Close to the freeway and shopping center.

The couch mattress needs to be updated. Maybe add a mattress topper. Pillows are way too soft those should be changed to medium firm.

rooms were big. bed comfortable. the staff was friendly and offered us cookies when we arrived

breakfast for that price was really appalling. merely a few items, nothing healthy and not enough tables. no options for lactose intolerant people the light in the room would not stay on. the heater system was old and noisy

Rooms are greats , location is amazing , parking is great housekeepers are so nice and polite and respectful

Front desk the lady needs to learn for hospitality manners . Without even listening she was rude . She tried to maintain the nice voice , but her anger was very visual . She didn’t let us to check in earlier; however, I called and asked for early check in for extra pay . She saw me sitting with two tired kids being very tired in the lobby and at the same time she let early check the other couple .

Loved it!

The staff and the room were very nice. I also appreciated it was quiet and no loud noises. There's a convenient couple of restaurants very close by for food. The free breakfast was simple and filling with a variety of small options. The room size and kitchen far exceeded my expectations. It was spacey and comfortable with a very functional kitchen. I'll definitely try to stay at Larkspur Landing hotels whenever possible

Maybe better lighting . The kitchen was pretty dark after the sun went down, but otherwise I can't think of anything else
