Sheets and Pillows Smelled Brand New

For the price, the hotel was so clean! The pillows and sheets smelled brand new and the bathroom was spotless! Bonus points for the strong shower water pressure. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Only complaint was I did not know they did not provide shampoo and I did not bring any. I will definitely go back! I was looking for accommodations I can book on a weekly basis for my work and I think I found it.

The air conditioner was making a lot of noise, as if something was hitting the blades while it was working, The beds were very small and it was very difficult for two people to sleep on them.

Pretty quiet and peaceful.

I liked the fact that there are restaurants and fuel all around, and it was 15 minutes away from the Computer History Museum.

Non-smoking establishment but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The ice machine was always out of ice. This was a big deal to me since Motel 6 did not give me a fridge, so I had to depend on my cooler bag instead. The ice machine should be ROCKING constantly if you don't provide fridges. Super glad most of my food was shelf-stable. The window lock did not work at all, so I had to jimmy a cane as a security bar for the window. Not the best neighborhood, so maybe double check the locks all the time.

Good value

Very well located property.. The staff is very nice and attentive, always doing their best to accommodate our needs!! They let us have an early check-in and gave us a room downstairs, which made everything easier with our little baby.. A shout out to Fatima and Max, that were always checking in to see if everything was ok, if our room was clean and everything working!! There was an issue with a broken piece in the toilet but they promptly addressed it, making our stay as smooth as it could be :)

Not very satisfied but it wasn’t the worst

Price and location were convenient

Wouldn’t accept same card I used online. Luckily I had another card or he was going to refund my money and we traveled from chico ca many miles away my family of 6 wouldn’t have had no where to stay. Online didn’t explain I needed another card or anyone else’s IDS luckily we had them. It took a lot longer to check in when we were tired needing to use a restroom after our long travel. I have never had so much trouble at a motel 6 I usually am pleased.Bed uncomfortable. Hot water went out in shower quick. Remote battery was dead asked front desk to replace he switched out with another remote that power and volume button weren’t working. No coffee pot in room tiny fridge couldn’t put my food to go box in it. There was animal poop 2 doors down from our rooms upstairs the whole time. They should be on top of it. It was gross to walk pass and avoid stepping in it.

Motel 6 nice quite place they left the light on.

Staff and housekeeper very nice, I arrived early my room was already cleaned so we were told we could check in early being after driving 6hrs weneeded to rest.

The toilet base was very low made it hard for my knees. No hand rails in shower or toilet area no shower mat, being I have disabilities or coffee maker. The fan in bathroom didn't work. But yes we would rebook again.
