The one bright spot for our stay with the staff – everybody was friendly, helpful, responsive. It just felt like a seedy motel in terms of the quality of room and furnishings, and cleanliness. The room had a distinct smell that was awful. I would’ve switched our room but traveling with two young kids that’s a logistical nightmare. I don’t know the profit margins, but more needs to be invested in this hotel.

The suite was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient.

We book a triple room, which contains two beds and a sofa.
However, the staff insisted they don't provide this room type.
He says we can cancel and find another place to stay.
It is already midnight so we can only accept another room type with only one bed and one sofa, without any refunding.
Besides, the room keys would be deactivated from time to time, so we need to bring ID to ask for new keys.
Sometimes when we got a new key but found it cannot work on room door.
On average, we need to renew the keys more than once per day.
