Worst ever

Despite its very convenient location, I will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly.

I had to move from one room to another because the first was not ready. There were no bed linens. The second had no bed pillows, and I discovered in the middle of the night, no toilet paper. Also the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The heater took forever to warm up the room. The shower had low water pressure.

Absolutely terrible

We did not enjoy this property at all.

Our experience with this property was negative from the very beginning. Our room was extremely dirty (blood on the walls in the bathroom, feces-stained sheets, etc). We brought this to the attention of the staff, who moved us to a new room. This room also had blood on the bathroom walls, smelled like marijuana and the tv was cracked down the center. We spoke with the front staff, who again moved us rooms. We were in town to attend a football game. We left for the game at 12:45 Friday and returned around 11:20 pm, to discover one of our bags had been stolen. We immediately reported this to staff who stated they couldn’t do anything for us and we would have to speak to a manager on Saturday morning. We attempted to contact a manager the following morning, who refused to speak to us. I ended up filing a police report with local law enforcement.

It was absolutely horrible and I believe I deserve a refund

The fire alarm was covered by a plastic bag. The room smelled like wet dog. The bathroom was disgusting. The floors were disgusting, and the door did not shut properly. We had to put our suitcases up against it to feel safe.

If you want to do drugs and don’t care where you stay it’s perfect

Good location, everything else was horrible

The smell in our room that was overwhelming, I stuffed an entire pillow under the bed to make it level and more comfortable with no success. People smoking weed every hour outside, you can hear everything, room wasn’t clean. Still had someone 💩 on the seat .

It was very disappointing

We liked how close it was to the venue we were seeing a show at.

The room we got the key card wouldn’t work so they gave us a second room and that room already had people in it! And then the third room the key wouldn’t work again. They finally reactivated it and it worked but then the room completely smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in. There was a picture above the bed with a glass Fran and half of the glass was broken so there was exposed glass above where our heads were laying and the toilet was not very clean.

Don't Waste your time, it's not worth it.

Nothing, the room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned prior to arriving, garbage was on the floor in the corner behind the door. There wasn't any toilet paper. The floor was filthy and sticky and hadn't been mopped. The room smelled horrible like dirty animals and not even the lampshades had been cleaned, they had a thick layer of dust on them. Their were no washcloths to even wash our face. The people above us had their television on all night and it was super loud. Neither one of us slept well. The curtain had holes in it so light was coming inside all night.

i got in and out

First the smoke alarm was removed, the bed covers were stained, the fuse panel was open and filthy, the shower was moldy, there were no dishes, no pots no pans. and the cook top didn't work, the only lighting in the room besides the window was the bedside wall lamp, the plugs in said lamp were so loos it wouldn't hold a phone charger, and it caused the brick to overheat. the room smelled of marijuana and the grounds were covered in dog feces. I will never willingly choose this lodging brand again.

Theft

Nothing positive.

Theft--Had to file a police report. Stayed for one nite for a graduation. Was too early to check in so left bags and florist box and collapsible cooler with front desk. After returning approx 2-1/2 hrs checked in and got everything, except box of flowers leis. Disappointing.

Nothing! Rooms were filthy. We had 2 rooms and both were filthy. We turn around and insisted on refund, even though we knew all hotels were sold out due to UofO graduation weekend. Decided we would rather drive 2 hours back and forth to family graduation events than stay in this disgusting hotel!!

Learn how to clean your rooms. Floors were not swept. Hair on the “clean” sheets and in the bathtub. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke and the comforter had cigarette burns in it. Window in one room was broken. Even the hallway floors were sticky and filthy. Sooo disgusting!

nothing at all

We arrived at 11 pm, exhausted after a long day. I went to check in for our reservation but the clerk told me she did not have a clean room ready for us. After a 30 minute wait, she told me a room had been prepared and guaranteed me that the linens were clean. We walked in and pulled back the comforter to find the underside covered in blood stains and grime. It was obviously un-washed from the previous guests (maybe many). We called the office to request another comforter but were told there was not even ONE more clean one available. Ten minutes later the clerk appeared with a thin blanket and took away the filthy comforter. There was only a small amount of cobweb like toilet paper left on the roll for us and no extra roll anywhere. Do not stay at this property. The rooms are dirty. They are understaffed and incompetent. Zero stars. Actually, negative stars!

love the staff , facilities are a bit worn but overall great place

The place is very busy but the staff was great at helping me even going out of their way to. I will stay there again its comfortable and the managment is easygoing and helpful.

The only thing that was discouraging was at no fault of the management, staff or facilities maintennace the general population of eugene has diminished in quality of cleanliness and overall concern about their actions effecting others and they are really amune to litter especially thier own , the staff does its best to keep up on it and do a good job for the task at hand

Horrible in every way.

The room was so thick with the smell of cigarettes that we had to run the AC continuously otherwise we felt nauseated and sick. Even though the property boasts non smoking signs everywhere. After leaving all of luggage and my hair all wreak of cigarettes. The floors were dirty and there was sticky gunk all over the phone. There was what looks like a drug overdose on our first night there. The booking said there was a pool and hot tub but there were neither of these.

Great place to stay if your traveling to Springfield/Eugene

This is a great place to stay if your visiting the area, the staff is always helpful, the management is the best, and the maintenance team is always doing their best daily to keep things running. I do recommend Red Roof in Springfield, and I think you will as well.

1 star motel

The mattress was absolutely disgusting and so was the bedding covered in black dog hair (I don't own a dog) and the dresser wasn't secured to the wall and when my 6 year old son came to visit me he went to go open the drawer and it fell over on him. It took them 4 hours to get me checked in and they had to change us rooms 2 times because they tried to put me in a room that was already booked and occupied by other customers the whole stay was a disaster. The only good thing I can say is that the assistant manager was the only reason I stayed she gets 5 stars in my book and should be the one running not the current manager she the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I would fire her and promote the assistant manager or that place ain't gonna be in business for long

Do not feel safe and not a good rest.

NOTHING I booked this stay strictly from the Red Roof Inn being attached, but this was no where near a Red Roof Inn quality. There were drug addicts sitting at front doors of room/spiders and webs everywhere in room/shower pan has a huge hole that had been patched but entire pan is sinking/horrible mold in bathroom ceiling/barking dog all night/very loud all night w/other yelling and banging on walls/literally had my car parked next to a guy that was snorting drugs when I got in my car. DID NOT FEEL SAFE at all and if my husband had not been with me I would have checked out early.

It’s old, lot of low income folks, but staff is super friendly, polite, helpful. Hot water does take awhile to get to the room.

Location is good. Simple check in procedure. Room size is OK.

Room could need some simple maintenance. A little paint here and there make it look really good. Some more paper or plastic cups would be good. Some utensils in the kitchen would be good. Coat hangers would be nice.

The room was absolutely filthy. There was blood on the flood, dirt and hair on the beds, as well as poop/pee/hair on the toilet. Never ever going back. Hair in the shower as well. The front desk staff said they weren’t surprised by the room conditions and that’s shocking. It was about $150 for this room including deposit for one night! I immediately checked out and checked into the LaQuinta about 1.5 miles away for only $20 more. The room there was beautiful, clean, and cozy.
