My room was very comfortable. Spacious and clean and I liked that there was carpet around the beds but tile in the rest of the room. The gym was well appointed but one treadmill wasn’t working well. Otherwise, I was happy to see a well sized, well equipped gym that was clean

Good staff on a busy football weekend that regularly cheched in on our stay even though we were fans of the enemy.

The breakfast was limited for buffet in which i was charged 14 day dollars a day for. Not to mention the quality of the food was by far the worst i have ever had anywhere. The room was clean but it had an adjoining room for which all the noise from the other room was very loud. Overall for the price they charge for the experience of my stay i will not be going to anymore Hilton in the future.

The property is fine. The Expedia experience is severely lacking! Unorganized. I booked my stay throught the Expedia app. I reserved a double king room with a jacuzzi tub. I get to the hotel. They have two single king rooms and not jacuzzi tub. Come to find out the hotel doesnt even have a double king rooms. Not even double queens with a jacuzzi tub.. i called customer support. Their solution was to draft an email on my behalf to the "care team" to look into what can be done. They asked me of i wanted to canel or move my reservation to another date.WWHHAAATT??!! Canceling the reservation would mean my wife and i would have a place to sleep and i would loose the some money becuase i was past the cancelation time. The Front desk offed to check in one of the two rooms and make the 2nd a no show so there could be a better possibility for a partcial refund.

Customer service was top notch! In a world like today, when customer service is at an all-time low due to the nature of things, this hotel, seemingly never forgot and really stepped it up! We stayed here as a part of a longer trip and everyone could see that I had my hands full with my two toddlers. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comforted, even though my kids were running a muck.

The ROKU TV was unresponsive at times. Wanted to watch SNL and every channel but that one, worked. I got a black screen. Also, I thought the plastisized curtains and floor were not condusive to the prior Hilton feeling of soft and cozy. Also, the turquoise, mauve and brown color tones were awful. Sorry, I miss the old guard.

It is currently undergoing a massive renovation so the lobby is a little discombobulated but the rooms our group stayed in has already been completed and were very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Refreshing spa water always cold and available asking with the coffee and tea offerings. Parking does fill up at night but we have always managed to find a spot during our stays. Close to the highway and a couple restaurants and it seemed to be convenient by car to just about anywhere we went during our visit.

Hotel itself was great. Had dinner from the restaurant, it was good. They kindly packed it to go so I could eat upstairs. I was there with my dog, the lower rating for “area around property” was due to lack of a good place for him to walk. It was a little sketchy and there was nothing marked for a dog area.
