overpriced for what you get

The staff was incredibly friendly, the gym facility had what you would need for a basic workout and the location was good. it was nice to be able to bring the dogs in through a separate entrance. The kids really liked the included breakfast which had a good variety of food (waffles, bagels, yogurt, etc.)

The room was not clean - we spilled some water and when we wiped it up the towel came back a very dark gray color, I would be surprised to hear the floor had been mopped. additionally, The bedding provided was not sufficient and when we asked for more bedding we just got another thin blanket. If the room was $150-200 a night this would be ok but at $400 a night I would have expected a duvet. We just had a thin blanket and two sheets which was not enough to keep us warm. We had to make the pull out bed for the kids which I also would have expected the hotel to cover for us.

Easy to find right off I-5, but no freeway noise. Good breakfast in a large dining area was served early, even in the weekend. Room was comfortable and clean.

Front desk area, elevator and hallways were a bit tight. I was traveling with Christmas parcels and using the luggage trolly was a challenge in the small spaces.

It's in a very handy location. Easy in and out, plus lots of nearby amenities in the area. The rooms here are roomy and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. We end up going to Springfield often to see my medical specialist and after trying them all in the area, this is our favorite hotel.

Breakfast was ok. The biscuits were horrible. The texture felt like they were undercooked. The rooms were dark and the carpet was dirty, the room smelled musty. I asked the front desk to bring up body wash because it was empty and the person that came up had a condescending and did not apologize for the fault find in their housekeeping process. In addition, the elevator smelled like hydraulic fluid indicating a leak or lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The bed ws lumpy and very uncomfortable and all 5 pillows were small and too soft. The cost for 1night stay at $120 was outrageous for what I got in return.

Check in was super easy. Staff was so sweet and kind. Rooms were super clean and breakfast was great and on time! And it was early which is great because we had to head out early.

Only real complaint, which I’m not even complaining about it, is there was only half a roll of toilet paper left in the bathroom and no back up. Luckily it was plenty for us.

I arrived about 90 minutes before check-in time and they charged $30 for early check-in. Never had that happen before anywhere else. I can understand the fee to extend your stay at the backend, but if you arrive a litter early and the room is already available this seems wrong. Not happy about that.

The location was perfect and the hotel modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was convenient that there was a refrigerator and a microwave. We appreciated that are two kitties were allowed to stay in the room. The room was very clean and the price was fair. The night light in the bathroom was a nice added touch. Plenty of parking space.

The room strongly smelled of bleach at all times. There was barely any furniture. We wished there were a dresser for storing clothes. The room needs some insulation. We had to listen to a person coughing in the room next to us, doors slamming, people stomping above, a baby crying and screaming, people talking, toilets flushing, and cleaning staff. It was awful. The bathroom was awkward. Not big enough for two people. The shower was very narrow. Sleeping on the mattress was like lying on a slightly deflated air mattress. It would have been convenient if the refrigerator had a small freezer for travel ice packs. We do not recommend.

Location was midway between airport and my friend's house. Close to Eugene and near downtown Springfield. Room was nicely appointed and bed was comfy. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good but not exceptional.

It sounds weird but the toilet in the room was about 2 inches too short. It felt like I was in grammar school. At first I didn't think it was a big deal, but it really was uncomfortable. Not sure I would go back because of this...

I would stay again..if the tubs are repaired

The breakfast was ok..powdered eggs, sausage patties, waffles..but it WAS convenient, so I appreciate that. The staff was amazing when l mentioned the bathtub peeling and actually found me another room...which I declined because it was on the second floor

I was extremely disappointed about the peeling of the bathtub..I love baths and needed one after moving stuff around in my deceased sisters home all day. When I filled the tub, got in and looked...oh my gosh...it was ..to say the the least, upsetting. A peeling tub is unsanitary and right up there with cockroaches in my opinion. Your crew tried their best to find another room ..and I appreciate that .but..it was on the second floor..so. no.

Great breakfast options. Really made GREAT availability to offer so many options! The lobby for breakfast was also top notch. VERY clean! Always was set and ready for continuing patrons.

I wish I had a way to have room service come once a day to restock towels, remove full trash cans, take dirty dishes, and remove dirty laundry. By the time I left it looked like it was hit by a tornado of trash and laundry.
