Location and staff
Room was tiny and the bathroom did not have a heater , had to leave the door open to get any heat. The water was cold didn't get hot at all.

Staff was professional, friendly, and accomodating to any requests.
Recently Remodeled, new carpet, new bathroom tile, new flatscreen tv with many channels, great wifi, new roof shakes, non-smoking. Easy to find on Main Street.
They can't really help their location in an industrial, seedy part of the blue collar town of Springfield...
The presence of this renovated old school motel here is a bright spot in an otherwise worn out former lumber mill town

Great area, felt super safe! The person who checked me in was super nice and incredibly welcoming, and check-in was a breeze!
I genuinely cannot think of a single thing, it was such a great place to stay for such a great price.

They had a room available, which was difficult to find in the area during UO's graduation. I also liked that the room was quiet and the location was close to many places to eat. Steve's B'fast was a wonderful restaurant. :)
The room was a bit cramped. I wish there was a coffee pot (or a coffee option in the office check-in space). While there was toilet paper, there weren't any tissues.
