DO NOT STAY HERE. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND DISGUSTING. The room was filthy. The floors clearly have never been swept or mopped. There was no toilet paper besides the empty rolls under the vanity. Pretty sure there was actual feces on the way and part of the bathroom entry way. Smoke alarm was busted and wouldn’t stop beeping. NO HANDSOAP

Did not stay....the bed wasnt the sizebi booked and he room didnt feel clean and comfortable for me and my family. Shower had mold and boogers wiped on walls. And a distinct odor.

Front desk people told us we could check in early because we'd been driving all night and said the room was clean just to give them a few minutes and they'd call me when I could grab the keys. They called me five hours later. The front desk guy didn't know what he was doing and the manager was not helpful to him at all.

People smoking in the elevator, I’m on oxygen and signs are posted to smoke 10’ from the building but they do not in force it , they had no ground floor rooms , so I had a second floor room which required me to use the elevator, staff in the office was very polite , they just need to in force the no smoking

Room smelled horribly of disinfectant. Matress looked lumpy, old and over used. Horrible white led lighting. We walked right out and left the property and stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn.

Here's a list of a few reasons why. Tried to check in with a reservation at 8:20pm and the room wasn't cleaned yet. I had to wait in my car until almost 9pm. No blankets. No cups, to even brush your teeth. Only half a roll of toilet paper in room, to lasts the entire stay, two nights. Shower curtain 3" too short, so water went all over floor. Refrigerator door had a knife stab cut thru. The TV remote had no cover over the batteries, not even tape. The hallways had graffiti. Front desk not manned. Phone number listed, but no one answered. Had to wait 20 minutes for staff to come to the front desk to get a blanket. Parking was poor.

it was a cheap option that looked good from photos but i believe the whole hotel is non smoking from the signs outfront but we where hit with a overwhelming cigarette smell when we opened our room door and its lingered since, we didint complain because there booked out and didint want to have to relocate but its like sitting in a 75 year old smoking grandmas bedroom the front desk lady was very nice during check in even tho the place is packed tho

When I got there, the office to check in was closed. I had to call several times and then wait. Once checked in, there was no toilet paper no soap and towels. I had to go down to the office to get it as the phone was not working and also was told that there was no one to take it to my room. We didn’t get any towels, I was told they run out and they were washing more. After asking for them several times we were told their machine broke and had no towels. We couldn’t take a shower or had nothing to dry our hands. It was the worse. I would 100% not recommend. Not polite or helpful at all. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

Second time now ive reserved 2 queen suite received double bed suite. They argued said no you reserved double beds but i have the receipts that say very clearly queens. Almost wondering if its a scam and done intentionally? Staff seem nice rooms are ok on cleanliness.

The desk had a bad odor and the elevator was filthy dirty. Trash in the walk way, generally the whole complex was dirty. Cover on the bed had a brunt spot. Towels were fOld and thin . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone..

I can’t really share how I feel about this property, I had a not so good experience this time. We got blamed for being in the wrong room even though we were put in a room with the keys for that room and the same guy who checked us in gave someone else the same key for our room. The guy tries to push his way into the hotel room while I was trying to put clothes back on after trying to attempt a shower

I arrived at 9:06pm to a locked office and “no show” written across my paperwork. The place is old and run down, pictures were very deceiving. I had to ask where my room was located. When I went to park my car there were large numbers of seemingly homeless people in the parking lot. It seems as if the hotel doubles as a long term rental option for low incomes. The kicker was the stains on the bed cover and curtains. Walls has chips of paint missing. The toilet would not flush the toilet paper. There was a scent of some kind that seems to mask the smell of vomit but it was very strong. I had prepaid and the front desk person didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered so I sucked it up for 8 hours and got the heck out.
