Great place to stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly accommodating and considerate. Our TV wasn't working when we got there and they upgraded our room immediately. You can tell they take great care of the facility and care about their guests enjoying their stay. The cost was appropriate and actually beat competitors' prices for what they offer. We will return the next time we're in Eugene.

One night at the Econo Lodge

Was able to get this last minute deal on the Econo Lodge in Springfield. Was very pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable room. good parking. nice management staff. and. good breakfast made for a good overnight stay. Great deal for the price

Inside the lodge everything was great. While the taco stand had pretty good food, you will need to get in your car and drive if y8ou want more of a choice for food.

The hotel itself was very clean and updated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The parking lot was extremely small and difficult to navigate. If you have a car it is no big deal, but a larger vehicle would have a very difficult time getting in or out of the parking lot.

Not recommended for a family traveling with children but for a 1 night stay it was OK.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly.

The offered breakfast stated "cook to order breakfast" on the Bookings site but it only included cold cereal, bananas, bread for toast and hard boiled eggs. Not what we expected. The location was on a busy street and next to a cannabis store. It is not in a "walkable location" and the closest restaurant was actually a food truck.

Good hotel with few minor issues

The bath shower is friendly to seniors and disabled people. Air conditioning was working well. The corridors have room freshener giving a good feel. Elevator is available.

Rooms had refrigerator but no freezer. It would have been better if the sink was outside the bathroom for better accessibility. The room is small compared to other hotels in this range. Breakfast is not continental with limited options.

Staff were friendly and room was sufficient for the one night l was there.

The breakfast left a little to be desired. The rule of no food taken back to your room was disappointing. I recently stayed at a different hotel in Springfield and their breakfast was excellent and no rule about food in your room. Otherwise, the room was clean and provided all of the basic necessities. Refrigerator and microwave were both nice.

Great stay for a lower price

The room was as comfortable as other places we've stayed that would cost more. The price and location were the primary reasons for staying here. The price was below most other places that were considered.

It is on a fairly noisy street where an occasional loud car driving by could be heard. The breakfast was good, but missed out on a couple of items that more expensive places provide, for example, fresh fruit, yogurt, bacon, eggs, etc. It did have cereals, waffles, drinks, etc.

location not far from UO campus, simple accommodations was all we needed for the marathon. appreciated the reasonable price, simple breakfast, but it met our needs. Looks like this hotel was just remodeled with new carpeting, paint, etc so much better than expected.

Maybe add yogurt to the breakfast for more protein options besides hard boiled eggs?

Simple, clean room at a reasonable price

A simple, functional hotel - not a ton of amenities, but we didn't need those. Our room was clean and had a nice long desk space, the bed was comfortable, and the location was surprisingly quiet (despite being on a busy street and the hotel being sold out the weekend we were there). A great option for someone looking to get away from the unreasonably high-priced hotels in Eugene, and Springfield itself has some nice restaurants and sites.

The breakfast needed to be restocked when we arrived, but this was addressed a short time later. The price was higher than we'd normally pay for a room like this, but we stayed during the very busy weekend of the Eugene Marathon and the UO Spring Game in April, so most of the hotels in the area--were charging 3-4x their normal rates. So while the rate was higher than usual, this place didn't seem to be price-gouging in the way others were, which we appreciated.

it was easy to find, small in scale.

There wasnt much around within walking distance in terms of restaurants except a Mexican restaurant next door. There was some construction happening.

I rented a room online well when I got there they told me they couldn't rent me a room due to having 5 of us 2 adults 3 kids one being a toddler, and needed to refund my money that was ridiculous then I tried to get my money refunded took over an hour and got no where when I requested to speak to management she went into a different room. Then came back out and said they would make a exception and rented it to me anyways. A bunch of drama for no reason. Especially cause I had to leave at 2:30 am. And it was way more expensive then I expected. Also there room stinks.
