Price, room

Had a room on top floor and had to use stairs far from room. . A disabled vet I had a little problem with that. Room was not ready when got keys. I had to have cleaning crew clean. They did good job just had to stand in freezing cold weather. Also the office area had a bad smell.

Nice kind group

Chris D. Is very helpful in making sure the handicap room is there and ready for me when I need it. Sabrina Morris it’s always on point. She tackles one problem at a time. She takes her time to make sure my needs are met even when there are a lot of travelers. She juggles a lot of customers effortlessly. She is always kind and friendly.

Seems to be short on laundry ie; towels, wash clothes, and pillow cases.

I don’t need extravagant things but lots of mobile homes around the property and outside hanging out. Our room smelled lik cigarettes, weed, and probably other stuff. I went and cancelled our room and went to another hotel.

It was ok for just a night but it's still money you're putting out, expectations are allowed.

The location is really why I stay there. It's very close to the bus, you can also walk if you want.

I didn't like that once again I had problems with the tv and I paid a bit extra to make sure I had a microwave and refrigerator only to find out they no longer have microwaves available even though when I reserved the room it said microwave in the room. Disappointing for sure..... But I do love the staff there and it is convenient and only for one night. It also was not terribly clean.

Extremely HOT in room, because there is NO air conditioning.... period ! It was 92* outside when I checked in..... and the room was stifling. There is NO air conditioning, and I mean that. So I laid on top of the bed, sweating all night., and this was in early September.

I had some business to take care of so it was just an overnight stay.

I come back here because I love the staff in the office. They helped me out in a tough situation and always remember me and I really appreciate them. That's really why I come here when I am in town.

I wish they had some kind of breakfast and a refrigerator/ microwave in all the rooms. That's helpful when you are visiting so you can just run to the store.

The Best In Service

I really enjoy Brian, Rihanna who works the front desk, they are very funny, friendly and courteous, they go above and beyond their job descriptions to help ensure your check in process is easy and they even provide services like fixing issues with tv, ect. The beds are amazing I want to take one home with me.

i never stayed there because after paying for my room i tried to check in at 7am on fathers day and was told there are niorooms available noit only were there no rooms but just because i had a pregnant woman and its hot outside that is no excuse i was told to come back at3pm so i found another motel and checkin when i tried to get my refund they havent responded at all

🥴 Disappointed

Location - we were there for grandson’s University of Oregon graduation.

Only way to turn TV off was to unplug it. When you plug it back in, the TV has to go thru setup. Plug in receptical in bathroom doesn't work at all. So can’t use the hair dryer we brought or the curling iron while in the bathroom. Recepticals in the bedroom work - but no mirror In the bedroom . . . We paid more than $400/night (stayed 2 nights) - total was $849.17! no kleenex, shampoo or conditioner etc. They upped the rates because it was a big weekend at U of O
