I would not stay there again, too much money for a low value hotel.

Close to the freeway. Easy access.

We did not get daily house cleaning as was stated. The breakfast was mediocre and overpriced. The nightly charge was overpriced too.

Compared to other Hiltons, I have stayed at this place was pretty disappointing.

Staff was friendly overall, breakfast was okay.

Hottub didn't work, we got a jetted tub in our room and that was janky. The cover plate thing wasn't fully attached. The place was under construction which hopefully its better after its done, but we were not impressed. It seems very aged so I assume its hard to keep looking clean and maintained.

Amazing jacuzzi suite and comfy bed! Could use a bit more info in the room on policies, ammenities.

In-room jaquzzi tub was amazing! Felt clean, worked great. The shower was nice too, big.

Could hear people in the hallway VERY WELL and wondered how well they could hear us. Wish the communication on checkout times, restaurant menus, etc, was more robust. Once I left the front desk, it was impossible to find out when checkout was or what the restaurant served, when it closed, etc.

Location and workout room.

The breakfast wait staff were overwhelmed- there were open tables, but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated because she had no time to clean the tables off. They were out of most food items. Our room smelled- we called maintenance- they agreed, but could not move us since the hotel was full. All of this and the price was tripled for this date, so we paid $400 for an underwhelming experience. I would not stay here again.

The pool was so cold. The restaurant food isn't very good, and the breakfast is 'extra' cost for the cold buffet. More for eggs and meat and even more for a make it yourself waffle.

When booking online it said breakfast was Included in the booking price. Upon going dow to a continental breakfast I was told it was $10, okay no problem. Then then my pool key was not working told the front desk, he just stood there like what was he supposed to do. He did something to it and sent us on our way. Guess what it still did not work. For the price I paid I was not satisfied, the shower was gross, was put on the second floor next to some air blower, the floor smelt like leaking gas.

Convenient location when we visit family in Eugene, Oregon. Love the amenities. Breakfast was very delicious and enjoy having the option of not having to leave hotel room. Clean and comfy room.
