The staff wasn’t very friendly in the morning and we didn’t have a restroom to use

Not a whole lot

It was run down and the when we checked in they said we could use the Hilton restrooms theirs were under repair which was inconvenient I was just released from a medical procedure which is why we stayed home the channel guide was wrong we didn’t have half of the channels was not worth the money we spent I was very disappointed

Bad tenants, amazing place

So clean for a pet friendly hotel.

The people staying above us, were on some drugs or something, several people including us talked to the front desk staff and some people took it upon themselves to tell these people to be quiet. The night manager tried and finally succeeded. If it wasn't for those ridiculously rude tenants, our stay would have been perfect.

I expected a bit more quality that was presented.

The front desk staff was pleasant.

The place is run down. The room looked aged and was not appealing. I only stayed the one night and moved to a different hotel for the remainder of my trip.

Better cleanliness better breakfast food. Not options, but the quality of the food window would not open. AC unit didn't work . Seems like no one has done true maintenance to the facility in years. Elevator was one of the worse sounding I have ever been in.

Good selections for breakfast, the waffles were particularly yummy.

Some of the furniture was a little worn. One drawer in our dresser had a poltergeist - it would open on its own.

Quality Inn meet our needs, expectations and pocketbook. We would stay with you again.

We checked in and found a water leak on the floor. The concierge immediately found another room for us. Breakfast fit our needs and the scrambled eggs were excellent. We needed to check out a day early for a medical emergency and the staff was very accommodating. We had gone through booking.com and the concierge told us to contact them which we did. Booking.com called you to see that all was in order on your end. Our refund is in the works. Thank you.

A couple hooks in the bathroom would be convenient.

A wonderful place to stay

They had an amazing breakfast. The front staff was wonderful. From the moment I walked in and Tiffany checked me in I just had a wonderful stay. Very relaxful and peaceful. I don't know why this is considered a two-star hotel because I would definitely give it a four-star. The place was clean, smelled great, had a great breakfast, friendliest employees ever. The beds were so comfortable. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Good place to stay

It was a good place to go and was within 10 minutes of the hospital where my wife was having surgery. Breakfast was good in the morning, included with the room and helped since I didn't have to waste time finding a resturaunt nearby before heading to the hospital each day.

Only front door accsess was wheelchair friendly. No real issues though.

It wasn’t a great value, room/bathroom was very small, breakfast was marginal. Outside was not well kept, but the room was clean.

Nice staff, wouldn’t go back because of the building.

Staff were really friendly, I had forgotten my pillow and they held it for me for when I returned.

The building should be knocked down and rebuilt. Water noise is super noticeable. Could hear everything my neighbours did or talked about. Door was flimsy and the lock was almost falling off. Shower left me feeling dirtier than when I went it. Not the cleaning staff’s fault, the place is just old and seems permanently dirty.

Very convenient location. We were surprised by the freshly baked cookies in the afternoon.

The place was and look clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had some choices but your usual hotel standard offerings. Powdered eggs and can bacon not my favorite but edible.The coffee was good though. Fresh fruit was a plus.

The place had a lot of whear around the edges. Looks to me like this hotel is about due for some renovations. Inside and out nothing to serious but still looks kinda old and slightly run down.

This place is disgusting, and we'll never stay there again.

We liked NOTHING about this property, and we were so turned off by the property itself, we would never eat the breakfast they provided. We typically stay at finer hotels, but all were full due to the Nike Outdoor Track event.

Everything! This property is old, not well maintained, needs remodeling. Our room had an unpleasant odor to it, and almost impossible to clean something that aged and used. It doesn't appear to be well staffed; it was just an uncomfortable stay. We booked a double queen room, and they gave us a single queen. When we arrived and told them, they didn't have any double queens left. Never again!
