Key card didn't work, so I went back to the office to remedy. Sign out on counter said "Back in 10 minutes. " I waited 18 minutes to finally have my key card re-coded. Then upon entry the TV didn't work, called the office, put on a long hold, hung up, called again, the 47 minutes later (now its 10 pm), the office attendant came to look at the TV. A cable was ripped out and the TV required maintenance. No other rooms available!!!!

Staff was extremely helpful in getting us a ground floor room. After a day of hiking and nursing a sore heal, so appreciated.

Staff seemed too busy to help the long line of people checking in. Rooms weren’t ready. Hair on blankets and pillowcases. One bar of soap and not enough towels. Asked for them to bring more the next day and they agreed but never did. Would not stay again.

Really bright lights that lit up the whole room like it was daytime at midnight. Pee stains on the toilet and a dirty shower. Super loud and uncomfortable bed. Sketchy atmosphere that didn’t lead to a comfortable nights rest. Some other things to note- the guest above us was smoking and partying until midnight and then started (what sounded like) moving furniture around 3am and it didn’t stop for a few hours. The guy at the front desk was super nice though and I give him a 10/10.

You get what you pay for. It's dirt cheap and you get no frills. No clock. No refrigerator. No microwave. No shampoo in the shower. 2 tiny bars of soap. Torture rack beds, etc.

It’s very affordable, but our room was next to people having a loud argument for hours so it was hard to sleep. The room was very shabby, not sure the shower had been cleaned.

When we got in the room there was no towels, no soap, no blanket on the bed. I was able to get that from the desk, but the A/C did not work very well either. In my opinion they should not have rented this room out, I would not recommend staying at this Motel 6

It was dodgy and felt unsafe. The room was beat up and cell-like. The lobby had a bad smell. To say it was no-frills is an understatement. More like one star level. We stayed one night and left.

My room was not ready at check in time so we waited 40 minutes and then were given a room that wasn't what we booked. We were told even tho it wasn't the room we booked it will still have a fridge but no microwave. Well it had neither, so we paid extra for nothing. Then the toilet paper was a used roll with a quarter left on it, unfortunately we noticed this once we got back from a show at about midnight. Unfortunately ran out the next day. Also didn't have towels, we noticed that right away and had to go to the office again which they did give us towels.

Horrible stay. When I arrive to check in, I was informed by the service rep at the desk that someone had already checked in under my name and had been in my reservation since September 12. They gave me verifying information stating that it was myself in the room as well as my late husband who had passed away earlier this year. The customer service rep at the desk verified information with me. That was the same information of my late husband and advised me that maybe my husband was running from me and faked his death to be away from me and they needed a death certificate to confirm that my husband had passed away. I advised them that I can get a death certificate, but I believe that that is not what is needed I confirm my card information, my bank statement, my ID and the customer service representative still advised that they would not be able to give me my room. They try to get a hold of the people that were in the room that were under my name and they were not available. They entered the room and found medication‘s that had my late husband‘s name on them and advised me that they would call the police which they never did we ended up having to wait three hours for a room and then when they told us my room was ready. It was not the room that I paid for. I paid for a two bed room and I was given a one full size bedroom. They refused to remove the people out of the room that should have been mine so we were left with the only other room that was available the room smelled

We had to wait several hours after checking in to get a room that they said would have good AC, It did not. They told us we would be charged $150 for smoking in the room, the room reaked of cigarette smoke when we entered it, we notified them (hoping we wouldn’t get charged for this. Telephone in the room was broken, we found hairs in the bed, and we had to call the front desk to come fix the TV because the satellite would work. They did come fix.

Room smelled like smoke. Floors and surfaces were sticky. Beds and pillows were bottom tier. I think the sheets were clean.. at least I’m going to tell myself that. Shower was actively leaking and had the bathroom smelling like mildew. That’s the stuff the hotel could control. The other clientele was a whole different problem. The paper thin walls made for lively listening.

Unfortunately the AC was out for the building on a hot stay. Room was stuffy and hot. First room supposed to have fridge but was missing, moved to room with fridge so appreciated that work around. No one at desk to check out for 10+ mins at 7:30am. Just left without getting receipt.

All was good just wish they had someone come clean my room, i was there for 3 nights, i had to look for someone to give me toilet paper and take my trash bag. And that the AC worked better.

Horrible staff and room was infested with bugs shower was extremely dirty and plugs were broken. Had a lot of drug addicts around the motel. Do not stay here. Left 10 mins after check in and would not give a refund
