Quiet, comfortable and well managed.

We were able to check in a bit early and the person at the desk was friendly and had a smile. The facility was clean and the room was comfortable. While we were out at the hospital they came in and gave us fresh towels and straightened up the beds and did a small clean up of the room without being asked. That doesn’t happen at most places. Check out was easy and the breakfast was good.

Overall great stay

The beds were comfortable . Hot tub was perfect. Check in fast and easy with very pleasant staff. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections.

It was noisy during the night from people checking in very late. I wish they could reserve an area for late check-ins so those of us already trying to sleep ( after 11 pm) wouldn’t need to listen to their talking and doors .

The bathroom was dirty (had to clean the floor with a wet towel), black fingerprints on shower curtain and out of body wash. The carpets had many stains.

Great value and clean

We were able to hangout and play a board game with friends we have not seen in 17 years. We sat and played in the breakfast area in the afternoon! Our room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good also

Typical hotel stay but could use a little more time on the cleanliness.

We loved the location, and the room was wonderfully spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that there was a pool for kids and breakfast included.

Could be cleaner. The pool floor by the hot tub was a little dirty. Our pullout couch didn’t seem to be fully inspected and cleaned, as well as our bathroom. For cleanliness I would rate it a 3 out of 5. Otherwise our stay was pretty good

No housekeepping, bathroom not adequate (No fan, hot, slippery floors, slippery tub, shower nozzle came off of attachment, fell on my hand, bruised up the top of my hand and was painful.) Trash cans VERY tiny. It has the potential to be a nice place. Great parking.

The location was ok

The pool hours weren't great. Couldn't get into the hot tub when we finally did get the hot tub the staff came in and closed the pool area. The pool area needs to have an adult only time. The pool area needs to stay open longer. The afternoon and evening staff were rude. The bed was way too soft. The pillows were terrible. The breakfast was nothing like the website said it would be.

We stayed before in comfort, not this time.

Bathtub was so slippery we both thought we would fall every time we stepped. Toilet was too low and hard to get down to and up from. Toilet paper was terrible. Beds made our backs sore.

The free breakfast was awful! Only thing edible was the oatmeal Sausages, omelette and hash browns were lukewarm. Coffee was delicious! Also, slamming of room doors is annoying. I understand the doors need to close but couldn’t something be done to not make them so loud?
