Room was clean but it did have some residual smells of a pervious smoker (probably from clothes) that was a little annoying. If we had stayed longer, we would have asked for a different room.

Room was great, no stray hairs anywhere like I have experienced in other hotels. Price was reasonable for the holiday weekend. May and Gabriel were excellent in accommodating us. I have an older labrador dog that needed to be with us and more than likely will be her last holiday with family. It was such a relief to find a nice hotel that allows pets! Thank you! My only "negative" input would be that the parking lot is a little dark in certain areas. Maybe some more pathway lighting (when you're taking your dog out for a potty break) and signage as to where the dog area is or at least something given to you when you're filling out the paper about your dog. There's one tiny sign once you get outside but nothing inside the lobby directing you to the dog potty area... or at least I never saw it. As far as booking with Hotels.com, the online reservation form does not ask you if you have pets. I had to call the hotel directly to let them know I had a dog and they took care of it immediately (thank you May) but if you list a hotel that is pet friendly you should provide a line item or check box for customers to indicate they will have a pet. Other than that, I'll look forward to staying there again! Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the location near two major freeways, so it was easy to get around. Lots of options for food. The beds were very comfortable.Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities.

Staff was really pleasant and friendly! Breakfast choices were good. I shared a double queen room with a friend for an on-site event and were amazed how quiet it was even on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a mixed experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield, OR. The room was clean but the air conditioner did not stay on through the night and the windows were sealed so there was no way to get fresh air in the room. The elevators in this hotel are notoriously slow, according to two regular guests I spoke with. One time, it took 5 minutes to get to the 6th floor. When I checked out and said that the experience was good and bad, the associate did not ask what could have been done to improve the experience. The breakfast was good and the room was clean; otherwise, the stay was not nearly as good as I was expecting.

Booked a 6 person room. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Sofa bed needs to replace. It was so uncomfortable, middle of the sofa bed sunken in once we pull out.

Overall it was fine and served its purpose. We were there for an out of town doctor appt so didn’t need fancy. The beds were way too soft for my liking and my back didn’t approve and I wish there was an another form of lighting in the room that wasn’t so bright to leave on but other than that, everything was fine.
