The rooms were all on the ground floor. We had a dog that does not do stairs.
The first double room we were given did not have any towels and facility did not have any extras. We were given a different double room that only had 2 towels for three people to share. Still no extra towels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good value for the price. The shower had great pressure and all the hot water I needed.
The carpet was dirty, there was a mild cigarette smoke/ musty smell, and pipe going to the shower head was cracked spraying water on the ceiling and it had presumably been doing so long enough that there was a mold spot where it was spraying. Someone else complained about only getting three pillows for a king-size bed and I also found that to be too few.
