Mold on shower ceiling -bath exhaust fan inoperable -bathroom nasty looking needs a complete remodel -panels in shower are filthy at all the seams Floors are worn Just a cheap looking room That’s why it’s priced so low That’s Last time we will stay there Tiny pillows not enough bath towels

The place was a dump, filthy,the outside door we had to enter was always frozen shut, no heat in halls, no access to our room through the hotel no house keeping, asked for towels on several occasions to no avail, no toiletries, toilet leaked on to floor due bad wax ring, tub water was dirty yellow color two days, then greenish color one day. I have photos of all of this and I would appreciate a full refund! Thank you in advance Anita and Robert Calvert

It was quite and comfortable. We had no problem with checking in or talking to staff. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The TV didn't work right and the internet was bad plus we had no phone in the room.

The shower pressure was nice. Microwave was clean/new. Bed was comfy and clean, thank goodness.

The clerk was rude and snarky. The building was run down and the doors to the building were unsecured so anyone could walk in. The hall I was assigned to reeked of cigarette smoke. There were cigarette burns in the coverlet on my bed. I am a nonsmoker.

Staff not at front desk - had to wait approximately 15 after ringing bell a few times. Breakfast in morning cold/frozen. Called 3 times for a wake up call - and NO ONE answered calls

Staff/trash around facility Was looking for ice machine - nothing was found Only one cup with ice pitcher in room. Appeared to be a Kleenex holder in wall (maybe) Was a hole with trash in it. One bottle of hair conditioner (no shampoo)

I enjoyed the layout of the hotel, the easy accessibility to the outside, the location of my room and the free toiletries. The Continental breakfast was amazing and the coffee was great. The hours of the breakfast was also very convenient as well as the choices available on the spread.

There seemed to be no seating outside, even a bench would have been nice. It was also relatively clean, but there were a few aspects of the room that could have used a sweep. There was also no phone plugged in and some things it lists on the website and on booking.com no longer exist at this facility. It needs updated. There was not enough toilet paper for a two night stay, I came into my room to an empty roll and a half of a roll.

They should be ashamed to call it a breakfast. The coffee was cold. The rolls we not tasty. Before the present owners bought the motel they used to set up breakfast in a separate room with waffles, juice, toast, cold cereal.

The only thing i could get on the TV was a Netflex advertisement wanting you to call a number, give them your credit card number and they would turn on programs for you. I wanted to see Kansas City football but could not get any type of program on the TV. I complained to the desk clerk the next morning and he just shrugged his shoulders. I will never stat here again. I had paperwork to do and there was no light or lamp for the desk.

Well worn rooms and hotel. hairdryer and 2 electric sockets didn’t work. Bathroom was grubby, hair in bath and towels are rags, Stained and rough. Microwave and fridge but no coffee maker! I had 2 rooms one had plastic cups, the other didn’t. Gym was out of order and counter staff were indifferent.

The location of the hotel and spending time with my family. The staff was accommodating to keep all six rooms together.

The water was brown. The room was not clean. The refrigerator did not work. The a/c didn't work. There were big puddles in front of the a/c. No towels or washcloths.

Hmm - what did I like? It was a convenient location. That's about it.

This Days Inn should rebrand as "Seen Better Days Inn." It is old and shabby inside and out. Crumbling sidewalks greet travelers outside, while the inside is in desperate need of an update. The bathroom right off the lobby had a missing urinal (ripped from the wall), and only one of the two toilets flushed. The other bore a rather smelly "deuce" that was aging poorly due to the malfunctioning flush handle. When we checked into our "freshly cleaned room," there was hair on the toilet, hair in the tub, and dirty wet towels. The front desk sent a cleaning lady with fresh towels, and she bare-handed picked the hairs off the toilet, and out of the tub. I then went to Walmart and bought cleaning products for a thorough scrub-down. There was an overpowering stench of marijuana smoke permeating the building. It was STRONG. I may have gotten inadvertently high simply by walking down the hall. There were vagrants in the parking lot sleeping in vehicles. There were even people curled up with blankets on the two lobby couches sleeping when we went for breakfast at 7am. The staff were friendly for the most part, other than the one woman at the front desk who was berating her husband/coworker in front of customers about the overflowing trash can in the breakfast area. They also seemed overwhelmed. Obviously, there are not enough cleaning crew members, and the ones they have need some training on what clean room standards consist of. If our stay wasn't non-refundable, my family members and I would have left. We aren't "snooty," but this hotel was not fit for rednecks such as me and my family.

The bathroom and the shower it self need to be redone, also new pillows and covers for room, plus the heat/cool system didnt work!

Toilet was broken… like the seat wasn’t even attached, door/ lock was broken and so they duct taped it to the”fix it”, took almost an hour when asked for pillows, not enough towels for amount of guests listed in the room (and the towels given were thin and scratchy) just overall not some place I’d stay again.

I booked 2 nights at this property through Booking.com with insurance protection to cancel at any time. A week before my stay, our schedule changed and I needed to cancel day 1 of the stay. When I called Booking.com, they sent a request to edit our reservation to the hotel property. All the hotel had to do was approve the request back to Booking.com so I could be refunded for that day. I called everyday to ask them to approve it but they just ignored it. Many times when I would call, they would say hold on and then keep the phone off the hook for quiet some time so when calling back it would be a busy tone. They had no intention of approving this request and I ultimately am getting charged for a night I did not stay at this hotel. Additionally, the shower was dirty with soap scum corroded all over the bottom of the shower curtain. The water from the toilet and sink were also brown. Zero chance I provide business to this property ever again. And for what, $120 room fee. My family goes up to Erie often for baseball tournaments, and I have no problem paying a little extra to other properties who are honest and care about their customers.

Almost everything ... smelly room, possible bed bugs as whole body was itchy whilst in the bed, beds not comfortable at all, world's worst shower and bathroom ... just bad ... really, really bad.

The outdoor pool was open! Outdated broken chairs everywhere and no pool towels but open.

The Hotel is simply disheartening! After being uncharged upon arrival, I had to clean the room before entering( long hairs everywhere, shower curtain brown at the bottom, molded tub) the tub ran constantly because of a broken shower knob! Someone even wrote on the inside sheet Tony and Jess forever( we went and bought blankets). We only needed the room for a nap in between travels. False advertisement, they threw a few things in a table in the lobby. When asked where the breakfast buffet area that is pictured and was told breakfast depends on the room sales! They didn’t even have MILK! Coffee was consistently EMPTY! This hotel should be closed until they can bring their standards up to par! Also a note should be added to the website that BREAKFAST BUFFET DOES NOT EXIST and BRING YOUR OWN MILK!!!!

No frills, economical place to stay, clean and comfortable, close to Lake Erie Speedway

My boyfriend and I come to Erie every so often because of the fishing. We stay in different hotels and haven’t specifically found our favorite yet. This hotel was honestly the worst that we have stayed in during our times in Erie. The staff has been nice, especially Jeremiah. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel. There was no cleanliness to our room whatsoever. When we got to our room originally, our bed spread was covered in cigarette burn holes and the room smelled of cigarettes that were trying to be masked by air freshener. It was to be a non smoking room, as were the other rooms in the building were to be but instantly as you walked in the building where the rooms are, all you smell is cigarettes and weed. We called the front desk and spoke with Jeremiah about getting at least a new bedspread. He came a few mins later and explained the laundry facilities was a mess but that someone on the first shift could bring us a new set. Well the next day, no one came. I went to the front desk and spoke with someone different. I do not know the name of the man, but he did bring a new set. The hardwood floors are also disgusting. This is the second time we had stayed in this hotel and each time the floors were like this. I ended up going and buying floor cleaning pads to clean our room’s floors myself because of how dirty they were. There were random stains throughout the walls of the rooms and bathroom. Our towels were dirty in the room when we got there and even the towels I requested with the bedspread were also dirty. Our last night, the power kept going out throughout the night. I understand that can happen, but no sort of accommodation was provided as we could not utilize the TV, the WiFi, the lights, the microwave, and the fridge because of the power going out. I am not someone to normally express reviews, but the photos that the hotel provides is nothing like in person. Although affordable, it was definitely not worth it.
