Asked for sheets for spare bed, didn’t get it. There was no hand soap in the room. Had to use body wash. Wife ordered from there food service thing, and it showed two hours later and soggy

I had a nice shower and a good night's sleep.

Appreciated the walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor access room was easy to walk to with luggage.

The desk clerk's attitude was standoffish bordering on rude. There was no easily accessible bedside lamp. There were few usable plugs for coffee maker, phone charger, etc.

the staff was nice. Enjoyed the coffee maker and fridge in room. Front desk was very helpful in shopping experience.

The pool wasn't warm as it was being serviced on a weekend. Once they did warm it up upon usage in the AM, it was cold again. The breakfast did not change as per scrambled eggs biscuit/gravy, the waffle flavor did. Would have been nice to have different choice from Saturday to Sunday.

It was not clean, actually pretty dirty. Needs a major update, bathroom was dirty and the faucet was leaking, bathroom door was stock and didn’t open all the way, insulation in the room knew better days since we heard the people in the room above us like they were staying in our room and breakfast was disgusting and not quite eatable.

It was one of the worste stays Ive had through booking and I was highly dissappointed.

Nothing was up to par. The pool was very dirty and the windiws doorsn were open. We had roaches in our room so we have tracked them at home. The bathroommsink just started clogging up and overflowed as well.

Overall it was a decent place. The staff were very friendly and cordial. The breakfast was also very good and was nice have hot options and not just muffins, bagels, etc.

A little pricey considering it’s over 25 minutes from Presque Isle. The refrigerator was also plugged into an outlet that was dead. I moved it to another plug despite the cord being badly frayed. The bathroom was also not very clean, the floor in particular needed mopped.

Room still had trash from the last people and bottle caps on the floor Stains on the top of the blanket Zero water pressure in shower Carpet was soaked all around the jacuzzi tub (looked like it was leaking from the bottom where it was broken off) It also sounded like an airplane when you turn the jets on Half the lights didn’t work Lady at desk was grumpy Pool was dirty and freezing Microwave had plate and ring from different one so it didn’t work

Pool was cloudy and couldn’t swim. Room was dirty. Exersize room had the glass window smashed out. Glass door looked like someone was slammed into it. Lots of damage. Didn’t feel safe there.

Great Stay

The hotel was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and polite. There were dogs in the hotel, heard them when coming off the elevator on to our floor, but once in our room heard nothing. Parking was good.Hotel is right off the freeway, food and shopping is really close. The bed is really comfy, room is spacious and very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Be warned the AC in the rooms work really well!!!

Not enough power sockets in the room. We couldn't find enough sockets to plug in all our phones, headphones, and it was only 3 of us. The only charging port and socket close to the bed was on the clock on the nightstand and it was only on one nightstand. The microwave had to be moved out of its area to be plugged in for use, also it wasn't as clean as I would like(I don't like to touch unclean handles) The little refrigerator was tucked away, but smelled when it was first opened. Although the bed was extremely comfy, hotel pillows are the worst!!!

When we arrived at 9:30 pm the signage wasn't on it was pretty dark when we walked up to the hotel it reeked of pot because of a group of kids standing right at the door smoking when we got to our floor again it reeked of pot when we said something the worker went and sprayed air freshener. The room: the outlets where not secured into the walls, the window was open with a busted screen, the exhaust in the bathroom didn't work, the shower head wasn't secured to the wall, and the outlet in the bathroom I'm pretty sure caught fire at some point. I had to hold the plug in place to blow dry my hair.

Location and parking were fine.

We booked a King Room but were given a Queen Room that had what appeared to be a punched out key hole. Went to the lobby and they moved us to a King Room. Wouldn't provide a receipt upon departure saying Booking.com was responsible for that. Powdered eggs were terrible at breakfast. Snack stand area has empty soda vending and only a couple of chips packets and some flatbread that looked like pizza. Parking lot light was so bright it lit directly into room with curtains drawn shut.

Room was not clean. Crumbs/dirt on floor. Unknown hairs in bathtub. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Rooms not cleaned while we stayed there. Pool was under maintenance and opened up the day we were leaving. Food was mediocre. Breakfast could have had more options

Horrible avoid at all cost. We got the kind bed with pull out sofa kids thought it be fun to sleep on one. Well picture says it all with all the stains on the bed. Tried taking a shower but towels had stains also. Lights kept flickering and fixtures loose. This place is junk.

The location was amazing

The guy when we checked in acted like it was a inconvenience to check us in. The room smelled musty. There was a huge soft spot near the window on the floor. The Windsor had green stuff growing around it. The shower barely had pressure. We tried to use the pool it was extremely cloudy and the windows had the same green stuff growing on them. The gym was tiny and there was broken glass from the door all over the place. When we said something to staff they just looked at us like we were alien. Never again

Lied about our room. Had us pay for a deluxe suite when we got a standard room. Staff literally didn’t care. Kept lying about when the manager would be in. Said they couldn’t give a refund. Also, didn’t even tell us it was a different room until we got into it.

They put me in a dirty room, then gave us spoiled food for breakfast there is mold every where. The pool is so nasty.this is the worst hotel ever!!!! It should be closed down. Someone is going to get really sick because of these people.

Never received my deposit back, breakfast can be way better, urine stains in the beds, windows held together with duct tape allowing the rain to come in, pool never had towels and definitely needs upgraded, rooms need fully painted to feel welcoming and inviting, beds need to be thoroughly cleaned and free of urine stains

The pool was nasty and not useable. My bed had blood on the side. My room stunk like an ashtray, the desk and chair was dirty.,The floor needed to be vacuumed, we asked the front desk to have house cleaning come in and no one came all weekend. And my daughter found a cockroach in her room and had to be switched to a different room.

Was good overall and would come back again

Our stay at the hotel was good overall. We were traveling with 4 small children. The staff was very friendly and tried there best to help us. The breakfast was pretty good. The eggs were really good and definitely freshly made.

With having small children we would of liked if they were able to come in while we were out and atleast change garbage out had to sleep two nights with poop diaper smell.
