Big tub, comfy bed, great location

Could've been cleaner. A couple things I moved revealed thick dust. Ice bucket had water in it. No usb plug 🙄

Location was great. The rooms were nice, but could use a little updating, beds comfortable, was clean. Staff was very friendly, and extremely helpful.

There was not a laundry facility, but we were able to use the hotel next door.

There are many other options. This place needs a good cleaning

Clean sheets and the pool was nice but those are bare minimum

The shower was moldy and still have lots of hair from the last person making me feel like it was not cleaned. Our tv did not work and the screws that had previously secured it to the dresser were pulled out so the tv tipped back. I called the front desk to help me figure it out but they didn’t have maintenance or another room available.

Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Also all the staff was great very accommodating even though they were busy. Room was comfortable we loved the pool and whirlpool tub in suite. The breakfast was also excellent would definitely stay again

Only problem I had was the very thin walls the people above had children that made so much noise first 2 nights making making it hard to sleep bring headphones

Buyer Beware

Bathroom advertisement for Jet Tub was huge disappointment. Dripped constantly from shower head, very noisy. Only used once, had to call engineering.

Great stop for the night

The room was very comfortable. Great location. See the mountains everywhere. Breakfast was incredible from fresh yogurt with all the fixings to not only a waffle maker, a pancake maker. Great selection of juices, fruit... it was a great smorgasbord of choices hot (today scrambled eggs with cheese, seasoned potatoes, ham, and some sort of chili you might spice up your eggs) and cold...

Possibly better lighting in main r oom.

I feel like I would be willing to stay at this hotel again due to price and location.

Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Pool area was very nice.

I was unaware that I had to request staff cleaning service for an extended stay. I realized after the first night and inquired with the receptionist. She was happy to add me to the list for rooms that get beds made, fresh towels, trash emptied, etc. However, they never came into my room one time for anything.

Not a great 4th of July 2025 experience at this hotel

I wasn't notified that I had to let the front desk know myself by 11am that I wanted my room cleaned since I was staying for 2 day's. People out front sitting in their car's or in the tailgate of their trucks smoking weed. I let the front desk know I had asthma and it was very rude. Also let front desk know that the person above our room was stomping across floor late night and early morning both nights we slept not that great. This was my worst experience. Especially on a holiday.

We stayed for 2 days and 3 nights and overall it was a good experience.

The location was perfect. Close to everywhere we needed to go. Also, the pool was very nice. The kids really enjoyed it.

The king suite is advertised having a "family room" and you can't call it a family room, it's a room with a King size bed and a sofa bed. It was very small in my opinion. The key cards stopped working several times for whatever reason.

I was there one night for each stay and slept well.

The location was perfect, close enough to the airport but also far enough away that the air traffic wasn't a problem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was hot but there were very moldy english muffins on offer. The coffee was very, very weak! When travelling within the US it is nearly impossible to find a good coffee.

The room was nice

Juice machines were not on for breakfast. No hot food and only corn flakes to eat. No bagels or cream cheese. The yogurt was Trix (yuck). Terrible. We stayed 3 days and when I asked about the breakfast no one seemed to care. We had to go out for breakfast every day. Was not a good value. Will not stay there again. Also phone was broken in the room and they never fixed it. I told them that when we got home I there

A stressful vacation made less stressful by staff.

Very good experience. The staff was super accommodating. I have two very young children, and they seemed to genuinely understand how stressful that can be. They took a lot of that stress away.

The hotel could have told the guests that it was a standard and was polite to cease running in the hallways after 10 PM and to not Bounce on the beds and floors after 10:30PM

The location is great because it’s connected to Splash Lagoon, which was our main purpose. The beds were comfortable

The pool was closed but we were able to use the hotels pool next door. The front counter staff isn’t really friendly. I don’t think I seen a single smile on the place honestly.

it is very worn out and in great need of improvement. the carpets are soiled and worn out. they also allow people to smoke on the bench right outside the door forcing everyone to walk through the smoke. the employee was also out there smoking too. the handicap bathroom smells damp and like mildew because I think the door and carpets have gotten wet repeatedly
