You need a sign at the entrance. It comes up quick and is hard to see coming from the south. Easy to miss.

The hotel is in a convenient location.

This is a "motel", not a hotel as described. The person at the check-in desk conducted a conversation on his phone while checking us in and just used only hand motions to communicate with us - zero customer service sensibility. Exterior of the property was very shabby. Some pubic hairs in the bathroom.

It was adequate for my needs.

It was cheap, clean, had a fridge & microwave (even though I didn't use either), the shower water pressure and temp were great.

It was very noisy being right by the Interstate. The door to the room had a huge gap in the bottom third that I could have passed things through. The mattress was very lumpy and the springs.....let's just say the mattress should have been replaced years ago.

Everything! The rooms were dirty and not updated like the photos. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. I do not recommend staying here if you have a family. My kids wanted to sleep in the car instead of this hotel. Rented two rooms and both were broke down and busted!!

This is a great location for runners visiting for the Presque Island events.

Stayed here several times. It is price pointed for what we need, generally we visit Erie to run the Marathon and Half-Marathon. Clean, centrally located. Plenty of close by food and shops.

It is a budget hotel -- it was clean and safe -- I can't think of anything that was a disappointment.

A first floor room would have been better for us with our 16 year old dog. I was told that was all that was available.

The room was convenient to all the places we wanted to go while we were in Erie.Beds were comfortable.

The BIG thing that we didn't like was the men in the room right next to us partying and being noisy until 4 a.m.! We didn't get hardly any sleep because of them. Also, the coffee maker in the room had dust on the inside and looked like it hadn't been cleaned/washed in months.

The room was filthy!!!!. The sheets and the pillows were dirty, stained, and dusty. There was dust everywhere in the room, headboard, lamps, chairs, and cobwebs on the ceiling and the walls. The cigarette smell was very strong. Not worth what I paid for it. Even the reception desk was dirty. The fridge was dirty and not even cold.

WiFi didn’t work. Water pressure was atrocious. Toilet wouldn’t stop making draining noises and bathroom door wouldn’t close due to old, warped wood. Notable build up of dust on reading lights overlying bed. Odd smell.

Everything. Felt like I was going to be kidnapped and sex trafficked was being followed around ... felt so unsafe and didn't even get a message in return about it. Felt like staff was apart of the whole thing they gave me a room with no locks the only one on the entire floor like that then the person following us kept going to the office and talking with them after following us from the office in there white van all the way down to our parking spot. Then they continued to walk back and forth to the office and wait hiding by the stair way.. we stayed in the car for over a hour and a half until my brother came. I also don't know why these reviews say clean there were bugs everywhere and dog poop

Price is right. Comparing to other hotels, Red Roof Inn had the best offer according to what it offers. Parking right in front of your door. Quiet area. Minutes away from Zoo, Water Park and restaurants.

I was disappointed with the fact that when booking the stay, I was looking for a place with crib available, which I had requested, but unfortunately the hotel didn’t have any crib at all. I had to buy one myself to accommodate my 1 year kid. Room is not too comfortable. Washroom small and very noisy.
