Friendly Staff, Decorated nicely for Halloween since we went in October. Everytime we saw a staff they were working and cleaning. Stayed with 3 young kids. Pool and hot tub were nice and opened late. We loved it! Stayed for Family Weekend at PennState where our son goes.
Pool did not have towels but we brought our own.

Very clean very nice staff very helpful staff
For the price I expected a better breakfast. The pool never had towels no matter what time we went. Asked for towels none were available. Excessive equipment was mostly
Unusable do to things missing or broken. Water cooler in exercise room was not very cold. On room fire place didn't work at all and switches in bathroom for fan didn't work

No breakfast offered
Lost kids at front desk, cops had to come, TV in room broke, staff could not fix, couch had bodily fluid stains, chair had similar white crust substance, toilet dirty, shower dirtyno sheets or bedding for pull out bed. People running up and down halls beating on doors all night. Refrigerator looked like it had been shot at 100 times, in serious need of an over haul on entire property. Very poor experience

I loved the suite, it offered two private rooms with baths. The mattress was firm, great for back pain..
The staff was friendly and quick at responding to complaints or issues. Maintenance was prompt in responding as well.
It was a long walk for me to the room. I am dealing with knee problems and rheumatoid arthritis. One of the showers didn't work and the fireplace is not turned on till November.

Conveniently located, easy to get to. It has everything I need, pool, hot tub, breakfast, elevator. All the rooms are fully equipped kitchenettes with a fireplace. No perfumes throughout the building making breathing air more enjoyable. They don’t use the highly toxic laundry soap to clean their linens. All the staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I wish this could be replicated everywhere!
The front doors do not automatically open making it difficult to get the luggage cart in the building upon arrival.

The room was nice and clean. That’s about it.
The staff was extremely rude to me (Reveca specifically). The remote for our room TV didn’t work and she slammed a new one on the counter without making eye contact with me. My credit card was charged twice so I was inquiring why and again, Reveca, gave me a lot of attitude, wouldn’t look me in the eye, and basically said she’s not a manager so she can’t help me whatsoever until the next day when the manager is in. Terrible customer service and I will never go there again.

Very uncomfortable bed and lumpy, uncomfortable pillows. Elevator was broke down and ice machine on our floor broke down as well.

Nothing. Filthy hotel. Can’t believe W puts their name on this property.
In all fairness indeed stage room was clean.
Parking was terrible, I had to park at adjoining hotel. Elevator was broken. Deemed ‘unsafe’.

NOTHING! I was forced to check out the moment I checked in because the hotel gave my disabled mother and myself a room on the 2nd floor with NO ELEVATOR access in this hotel. My mother can not travel up stairs and they did nothing to accommodate us with a room on the first floor!
The hotel gave my disabled mother a room on the 2nd floor knowing their elevator do not work! We went even informed when given our room that the elevator was down. It was only after we left the front desk and walked to the elevator we found out the elevator had BEEN out of order for months!

It was ok. Could of had a bigger variety.
No AC, the ac/furnace unit was broke didn't blow any cold air and making loud noise so the maintenance had to just shut it off so it was hot in there. The elevator didn't work and we had to stay on the second floor. I have bad knees and had a hard time going up and down the steps. They could not move us to another room because they were sold out.

Breakfast was good, we came with kids so it's always a plus financially for breakfast, all the places we were going to were within 20 minute ride, rooms were decent sized and staff was pleasant, we will definitely be back
The elevator was broke, had to go up stairs to 2nd floor and have bad legs, so stairs were little rough for me

The layout of the room with a mini kitchen and separate bedroom. Also the larger bathroom was great. The indoor pool was a bonus but the lack of security at entry was a drawback.
Reserved a king room and specified a room ahead of time and we were only able to get a queen. All the security readers were disabled and allowing unlimited access from 4 entries with a large number of unattended minors to roam thru the hotel and enter the pool without controls. Our private door keys had to be rekeyed 2 during our 5 day stay both times while we had our 2 young grandbabies standing in the hall. The staff was working hard but definitely understaffed, lines at front desk, no towels available when requested due to staff shortages. The elevator was not functioning so we were not able to access the laundry facilities without dragging everything up the stairs. When the issues were brought up to the manager she basically blew off the issues.

Tired property with worn furniture and fixtures in the room. Elevator out of service, sauna out of service, exercise equipment out of service, tv not programed for available channels.

The breakfast was very good.
We was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was broken so we had to carry all of our stuff up the steps. Then we was there for 5 days and we never had anyone from housekeeping come by. When I said something after the first night they said I had to request housekeeping to come when we went to breakfast so I went to the front desk requested housekeeping and yet they still never came. We was out of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels regular towels I mean they really didn’t keep up with things and I was told that they were understaffed. I feel the hotel itself should’ve taken something off our cost of the room for the elevator issues. I and the other people I was traveling with will never use them again.

Location
Not anything like pictures. 5 people in one area did not work with sleeping arrangement. Offered roll away bed since I couldn’t change rooms because booked through third party. Roll away bed looked like was sitting in dumpster. Couldn’t check in early because room was being cleaned only to have dirty floor 2 kid car toys and splash lagoon receipt from July 27. Pool never had towels. Every night smelt so bad like weed. Dining area for breakfast and even hallway coming in your shoes stuck to floor. Elevator not in working order. Plus was $110 cheaper if I would have booked through them but yet I couldn’t change rooms. Offered to even pay the difference.

Not much
What I didn’t like was on the website it said there was a $100 charge and they charge me $250 and basically told me too bad. Also I had one of the first floor room as I walk with a cane. Can’t really climb stairs they gave me a room on the second floor. The elevator was out of order and basically again told me too bad You couldn’t get housekeeping unless you requested it every day the pool area was nice and away, but the floor around the pool flooded all the time. The breakfast was bad. There was no real choices of food. They had no coffee creamers. The Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. The ice machine didn’t work. The elevators didn’t work. I’m

there wasn,t any gluten free options but my husband thought the pancakes were ok. the coffee wasn't good. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
the room had cobwebs in the corners so I didn't feel they were very clean and the outside was a little in disrepair

The breakfast was a great variety and very good. The in room kitchen was nice and functional. The room was overall clean. The bathtub in the room was excellent and comfortable.
The elevator was broken, which made taking luggage to and from the room very difficult. My mom has a heart condition and wasn’t able to walk up and down flights of stairs often throughout the day. Our rooms were on completely different floors even though I booked 6 months in advance. There was a bag of sheets left in the room that smelled so bad I had to put them in the hallway. The air conditioning wasn’t working in my room and took 3 reminders to the front desk for it to be taken care of. I got a window unit on my last day there. The key cards constantly deactivated which caused multiple trips to the front desk. The pool area was very slippery.

The elevators were broken the whole stay and I was on the 3rd floor . The keys never worked, had to get new ones made daily .

I like the free breakfast, the swimming pool, and the fact that the stairs worked
That both ice machines were broke down. The elevators were broke down. One of the washing machines was broke down when I asked one of the employees for something he got a bad attitude with me meanwhile, can’t pick his pants up from his butt. Overall, it was just a awkward experience.

Continental breakfast was great, hotel was clean, room was nice.
The ac in our room was broken so they had installed cheap window units (we assume as a temp fix) but because of this the blinds in the room could not be pulled down the whole way unless you shut the ac off. It was 90+ degrees during our stay so we had to deal with limited privacy on our windows and tons of light coming in at all hours due to sun and or street lights. Also there were a lot of other broken items in the hotel. The one and only elevator for the hotel was broken so all our luggage needed to be carried by hand up and down the steps. The spa at the pool was broken ans appeared to be for a long time. The gym was in poor shape to say the least with the treadmills being duct taped together and other equipment being completely broken.

Very Clean and comfortable rooms .Breakfast was good.
Had to walk up 17 steps with all our luggage and other things because the elevator wasn’t working for our whole stay then we had to lug everything back down the stairs at the end of our stay. Our room key didn’t work like 3times a day for our 4 night stay .The pool water looked clean but the sides and the side filters were quite dirty the hot tub was rather HOT the Sauna was out of order and only ice machine worked. I feel guests should have been informed ahead of time of the out of order elevator, so we could have made other arrangements. We got there on the 7th and was told it was out of order over July 4th weekend and still wasn’t fixed when we checked out on the 11th.

Elevators were down the whole stay, ice machines had no ice every time we tried to use it, breakfast was bad-super watery eggs, dry sausage.. waffles were good. The rooms need freshened up- paint, dishwasher looked broke.. starting to look dated

Location is very nice, lots of stores and restaurants around not to far from the lake. The water park is fun. Staff was helpful.
The breakfast, eggs meat & potatoes I'm not to sure my dog would of eaten it. The pool water was very dirty & cloudy. Trash left in our room. We had 5 people but only 3 sets of towels it's was hard at first to get more.

Upon arrival, NOT PRIOR TO, we were informed that the hotel had no power. They could not give an estimate at all on when or if power could be restored. I had medication that needed to be kept refrigerated, the door to the room needed to be kept open because the key card system was down due to the power outage and the hotel hallways were pitch black. People/kids running all over the place. Not a safe situation by any means for my family and I to stay. I had to find another hotel to stay at. I requested a refund and Booking.com was amazing in assisting. The hotel itself not so much. What kind of hotel does not have a manager on duty at all times? Why would you not notify your guests of a situation as serious as a power outage? The $250 security deposit is a joke and is NOT listed anywhere when you book online. Seems like this hotel is a nuisance since the security deposit agreement they have you sign mentions calls to the PA state police. I’ve never signed anything like that before at any other hotel. Booking.com is still trying to get my refund to me. I would absolutely 100% never recommend this hotel to anyone let alone a family. Plenty of other better, friendlier, and safer hotel choices in the Erie vicinity.
