I like that it was right near the NOS Center so walking there wasn’t bad at all. I also liked that it’s right across the street from target so if I needed something I can just go straight across the street.
What I didn’t like about the hotel was that there were towels that were left in my room that were dirty. They did have stains. I did have to ask for new towels. I also didn’t like how in the description they don’t mention that they charge for another vehicle to be parked. All they mention is that there is free parking, but they don’t mention that if you have another vehicle, they do charge for it. I also didn’t like how the manager was blaming my group for things that other people were doing. They asked myself and one other person in my group if we had more than four people, and we kept telling them no and they just kept going and saying we did so they were trying everything they could to keep my deposit which wasn’t okay.
